Auld Acquaintance

The Team were walking down a hallway as they headed to the mission room. They were all feeling proud of themselves for being able to pull one over the clients that were after Nick.

"We have reason to feel proud of yesterday's victories." Kaldur said.

"I couldn't agree more." Nick said, sharing a warm smile with his girlfriend, as he squeezed her hand.

Zatanna smiled back at her boyfriend with the same warm smile that he was giving her, as she squeezed his hand in return.

Nick and Zatanna were both happy that Nick had finally decided on the internal struggle that he had been dealing with, weather he should stay on Earth or return to New Genesis. He had decided to split his time between Earth and New Genesis. They were also happy that Nick had finally come to terms with the guilt that he felt for the deaths of the people in his life.

Phoenix was also happy that Nick had finally dealt with his problems, with help from Zatanna and the others. He was also happy that Nick had finally revealed his heritage to the others as well. The Team had accepted Phoenix, like they accepted M'gann for being a White Martian.

The others nodded in agreement with Nick. Phoenix also mentally nodded.

Nick and Zatanna looked away from each other as the group continued walking.

"But one thing has not changed." Kaldur stated.

Robin nodded. "Somehow, the bad guys are still getting intel about us." He added.

Nick nodded in agreement. "Yeah. But, how?" He asked.

"We still need to find that out." Artemis said.

"Agreed." Kaldur said. The others nodded in agreement.

"Yeah, but at least we know none of us are the mole." Wally said with a grin.

The others nodded in agreement as they entered the Mission Room, to see Batman and Tornado waiting for them.

"That's correct. The mole was Red Arrow." Batman revealed as he pulled up a holo-screen of Red Arrow.

The Team members were surprised at the revelation, but none more than Kaldur, Robin, and Wally.

"Roy?" Robin asked incredulously.

"No way." Wally added in denial.

"Batman, that cannot be. He was Green Arrow's protege. We have all known him for years." Kaldur said.

"Nick, remember the Haly Circus mission." Phoenix said.

Nick gave a mental nod in agreement as he realized something. "Guys. Unfortunately, Batman may be right." He said.

Everyone turned to Nick. "Magic man, how can you be sure?" Artemis asked her brother.

"Think about it. Red Arrow claimed to know about my alien heritage." Nick explained.

The others nodded, remembering the Haly's Circus mission.

"Except, I never told him about that. So, I am guessing that he must have been fed that information. But, I don't how." Nick added thoughtfully. Phoenix was also confused as to how Red Arrow had found out as well.

"The League has found that out." Batman stated, gaining the Team's attention again.

"Unfortunately, the Roy Harper we have known for the last three years is another Project Cadmus clone." Tornado revealed as a holo-screen of the Cadmus building appeared.
