Mount Justice: August 8: 09:00 EDT

Nick was currently in his room on his crystal ball, talking to his childhood friend, Zatanna Zatara. It was one day he had gone with Batman and Arrow to recruit Artemis.

Nick spoke up. "So Z, remember when you told me to talk to Superman about his treatment of Superboy?" He asked.

Zatanna spoke up. "Yeah." She said, slowly.

Nick spoke up. "Well, I did." He stated.

Zatanna smiled. "That's great." She said.

Nick spoke up. "Yeah, but he did not listen." He stated.

Zatanna spoke up. "Maybe, one day, he will." She said.

Nick scoffed. "Yeah, that will be the day." He said.

Zatara spoke up. "Zatanna, can you come here?" He asked.

Zatanna spoke up. "Sorry Nicky, looks like my dad needs me." She stated.

Nick spoke up. "It's ok Z, we will talk soon." He said. He then waved a hand to make the crystal ball vanish.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door. Nick got out of bed to answer it. He opened the door to reveal M'gann.

M'gann spoke up. "Hey Nick, The Team is having a beach day, I was wondering if you wanted to come?" She asked.

Nick spoke up. "Sure, I have nothing better to do." He said. M'gann gave him a surprise hug, which he returned, then released. M'gann then left.

Nick spoke up. "That girl is full of energy" He thought to himself with a smile. Nick then wen to his dresser, and pulled out his red shorts.

Mount Justice; August 8th; 9:58 EDT

Nick, Kaldur, M'gann, Robin, and Superboy all made their way out of the cave and to the beach. Dressed in swimsuits. Robin was carrying a volley ball, Superboy, a picnic basket, and M'gann, a bogey board.

M'gann stood on the beach, her arms stretched wide. "Hello, Megan." She began,then turned towards the boys over her shoulder. "We should hit the beach everyday." She finished.

Robin smiled, then lowered his head into his free hand. "First, a moment of silence for our... absent comrade." he said.

M'gann spoke up. "Poor Wally." She said, looking down.

Nick spoke up. "Yeah, poor Wally." He said, giving a fake sigh, he then came out of it. "Well, do guys want to stand here, or have fun?" He asked.

The others looked at Nick. "Fun." They said in unison.

Nick looked at M'gann. "M'gann, can you put the board down?" He asked.

M'gann spoke up. "Why?" She asked.

Nick spoke up. "I just want to try something new." He said innocently. M'gann put the board down.

Nick spoke up. "Etativel Nnag'm." He recited. The spell caused to M'gann levitate.

M'gann looked at Nick. "Nick, what are you doing?" She asked.

Nick spoke up. "Oh, nothing." He said, sharing a smirk with Kaldur and Superboy, which they returned.

Nick spoke up. "Pord Nnag'm ni eht retaw." He recited. The spell caused M'gann to be dropped in the water.

M'gann came up from under the water, and spat out the water to see Kaldur and Superboy smirking, and Nick and Robin holding onto each other, while laughing.

M'gann mock glared at Nick. "Nick Russell, take this." She said, using her powers to drop Nick in the water.

Nick came up from under the water, spat out the water, and looked at M'gann. "Is it too late to say sorry?" He asked.
