"Bye! Thank you for coming, I love you guys".
Clay sat back in his chair after pressing the end stream button. He ran his hand through the dirty blonde ripples of his hair staring at the desktop wallpaper of him, George and Sapnap wondering how on earth all of this was real. He needed to get a haircut desperately but the thought of leaving the house made him feel sick to the stomach. He pushed the thought to a distant corner of his mind.
He had text Sapnap a while before ending stream and the smell of steak danced it's way up the stairs and beneath his door. Patches had wandered into the room ten minutes prior and was snuggled up on his lap. He was reluctant to disturb her but could not ignore the rumbling in his stomach.
He carefully nudged her, promising that he would get her some treats too and she must of understood because she stretched and jumped straight up. Dream giggled and rose out of his chair and made his way towards the door.
Dream closed his eyes and breathed in the amazing scent. He was so hungry but luckily his house mate was an amazing cook."Look who decides to show up".
Sapnap was leaned over, heavily invested in seasoning the steak that had almost finished cooking.
"How was stream?" he asked.
"Eh, it was good I guess, I'm a little nervous at how they are going to react tomorrow".
Sapnap was placing the plates down on the table, chuffed with himself at how good the food looked.
"Dream, don't be silly, they have been waiting for this for a long time. They are going to absolutely love it!".
Dream had sat down at the table, picked up his knife and fork and tucked in.
"I hope so" he replied.

Now full and feeling tired, Dream and Sapnap were sitting on the couch watching the basketball game. This was their favourite time, they loved watching sports together and it was the only real time they got to talk that was not through a call.
Patches was asleep on the couch next to them whilst they stared in awe at the extremely intense game on the tv with the occasional "LETS GO" when their team scored.
They had been living together for around 5 months now, despite knowing each other a lot longer than that. Sapnap was very loud and chaotic when on stream but in real life he was a lot more shy and chilled out. Dream was so thankful for the people he had met online, he was grateful for all of his friends, especially George and that was going to become a whole lot more real tomorrow. Dream was nervous, he wasn't really sure what to expect.
George was such a big part of his life but all of that had only been through a computer screen. He worried if things would change when it became a reality. Would George think differently of him? Would there be arguments? What would that mean about going outside? Would he more likely be recognised? Millions of thoughts flew around his head but he pushed them aside and brought himself back to now. He was sitting in his own house with his best friend and they were doing their favourite thing. With that, Dream fell fast asleep thinking about what would happen tomorrow when George comes to visit.
