Well the three of them continued for weeks. Waking up with each other, having days filled with laughter and fun and going to bed. They loved every second of it and it was better than they had ever imagined.

One morning, Dream came down after hearing clattering and smashing downstairs. It was Sapnap, he was opening and closing the drawers with quite some desperation.

"You okay?" Dream asked.

Sapnap looked up in surprise "Oh Dream I'm so sorry if I woke you, my mum just called and said I need to drive back to Texas as soon as possible, it's an emergency and I can't find my car keys".

"Oh god" Dream replied "you chucked them on the table when you got in last night, is everything okay? Did she say what the problem was?".

"No" Sapnap responded concerned "but it didn't sound good".

The keys were on the table where Dream had said, Sapnap thanked him, gave him a quick hug and said he's not sure when he'll be back but he'll keep them both updated.  Sapnap ran out of the front door, closed it quietly ensuring not to wake George too and sped off in his car.
Dream and George were alone in the house. Dream thought that since he was up he might as well put some food on and make him and George a drink.
Soon after George came slowly down the stairs yawning and stretching still half asleep.

"Good morning Dream" he said in his quiet voice.

Dream looked to the doorway "Good morning".

"You've cooked me breakfast?" George asked puzzled "Are you feeling alright? I hope you haven't poisoned it".

"Hey!" Dream said hitting him playfully on the arm.

They both sat down and begun eating and Dream explained that Sapnap had to go for a few days for family stuff and wouldn't be back for a while.
The both of them relaxed in the day and decided to take a walk that night. They had slowly gotten over the incident but were still wary when going out, they made sure to wear clothes that they could easily cover up in and not post pictures of where they were. Dream wanted to show George his favourite place in the forest nearby, he had never showed it to anybody including Sapnap.

"How much further dream, my legs are getting tired" George moaned.

"Not much further George it's just accross this stream" Dream retorted sniggering to himself about George's hate for walking.

The stream ran through the centre of the forest. It was quite a large forest, dense with trees and only small amounts of light trickled through the gaps in the foliage.

"We have to jump over this" Dream said, looking at the horror on George's face.

"over that??" He said horrified.

"Yes George, over that" Dream replied.

Dream jumped first making it to the other side of the bank clinging on to a near tree branch for support.

"Your turn" he said to George with a smirk "Don't fall, it's very cold in there".

"Dream I am not going to make that".

"Yes you will" Dream assured "Grab my hand".

Dream reached across allowing George's hand to intertwine with his, his touch was so soft almost like the petals of the flowers that surrounded them.

George hesitated, "Do you trust me?" Dream asked and with that George built up the courage to leap from his side of the bank.

Dream caught his waist and lifted him up  onto his side.

"That wasn't that hard was it", George looked up at Dream and rolled his eyes and they carried on through the forest.

They made it to the clearing.

Dream looked ahead with a huge smile on his face "We're here!" he shouted running ahead.

It was a clearing in the forest, a calm and quiet lake surrounded by beautiful blue flowers that hung like drew drops from the peak of their stems. The water trickled from the stream down the rocks into the body of water, it glistened under the light of the sun. All that you could hear was the tweeting of the birds and an occasional gust of wind rustling the leaves.

George looked with awe in his eyes, "Do you like it?" Dream asked.

"it's beautiful" George said.

The both of them sat at the edge of the lake.

"the flowers-" George started.

"your favourite colour...blue" dream finished, "the one colour you can see perfectly fine and it is just as beautiful to you as it is to me".

George tried to hide his smile but it was impossible. Dreams happiness was contagious like that.

"How did you find this place?" George asked.

"I used to come here with my mother" Dream stated "we come across it one day when going through the woods. Me and my sister would come here everyday and roll about in the flowers and feed the deers, it's one of my favourite memories".

"I can see why" George stuttered as he fell back into the sea of blue flowers staring up at the clouds.
Dream watched him, the way George looked at the lake with complete and utter admiration. The way his dark hair fell and his eyes squinted as he smiled, his lips were a perfect pale pink and curved into the most wonderful grin.

"George?"

George opened his eyes and turned to look at Dream.

"What do you feel when you're with me?" Dream asked looking back at him.

"I feel safe" George replied "The way you see this place, the memories, the joy, the excitement, all of it. All the butterflies that fill this clearing flutter in my stomach when I look at you and you make me feel alive" He paused "you make me feel like I'm home".

Dream smiled the biggest smile he could and blushed.

"Do you feel the same?" George asked in return.

"Our love to me is just like these blue flowers George" Dream replied.

George tilted his head "as beautiful to you as it is to me".

With that Dream raised his hand to meet George's cheek and brushed against it gently, "I love you George" Dream whispered.

"I love you too" George muttered and with that the two sat amongst the wild of the forest, kissing just as lovers do and in that one moment was their eclipse.
