When they arrived at the beach, Sapnap and Dream were showing George all of their favourite spots. Florida was very hot and the beach was quite busy, Dream felt a rush of anxiety come over him but dismissed it. They found a spot and laid all their stuff down.
Sapnap adventured to the basketball court just across from the beach to play a few games with the locals while Dream and George stayed in the spot soaking up the warmth of the sun.

"Is the beach as good as you imagined George?" Dream asked.

George looked at him and smiled. "better" he replied cheerily.

The two of them were quiet for a while scrolling through their phones checking out their socials and reading all the funny posts about the meet-up. Their fan base was so talented and the artists were already at the top of their game creating beautiful paintings and pictures of the three of them.

Dream sat up "I'm going to go for a swim" he said, taking off his top "will you be okay here with the stuff" he asked George.

"Yes" George replied.

Dream ran towards the sea and jumped straight in but instantly regretted it. The water was obviously freezing cold because he jumped straight up with a look of horror on his face with his teeth chattering and arms shaking. He was bouncing around trying to warm up meanwhile George was dying of laughter on the beach.
Dream was a lot taller than George thought he would be. His body carefully defined and his long and wavy hair was the colour of the sun rays that trickled from he golden sun. What mesmerised George the most was Dreams eyes, he was in awe of them. An emerald that had shades of ivy and oak leaves embedded with the scales of a serpent entwined in evergreen. George couldn't tell yellow and green well but here it was different. Dream came running out of the sea, his hair dripping wet and he begged George for a towel.

"I don't think so" George said getting up and running away with it.

Dream shouted "Come here Georgeeeeee" and ran after him.

They chased each other running around the beach holding their sides from laughing so much and getting out of breath. They collapsed into a heap on the floor, gasping for air and rolling about holding their sides. They looked up to see Sapnap looming above them looking puzzled.

"I'm not sure if I'm more surprised that you've managed to outrun Dream or that you actually ran in the first place George" He said grinning.

After finally getting the towel back, they walked back over to their spot sitting and chilling for a little while longer.
They had been at the beach all day and the sky begun to become a dusty pink and purple and the sun begun to gently kiss the horizon. They all sat and watched.

"Don't you think it's amazing" Dream broke the silence. "The sun and moon, destined to be apart forever, yearning to get a little closer but never being able too" Sapnap and George looked at him. "The moon pushes and pulls the tides, bringing light in darkness, the sun sinks below the horizon bringing life elsewhere and in one single moment, in the rare occasion of an eclipse they get to touch before being forced away by fate once more".

They both sat speechless, what a beautiful way of describing something so wonderfully real. George loved the way that dream spoke so passionately about things, he always spoke with such curiosity and wonder that the words floated off of his tongue like a harmonious tune played on the strings of a viola.
They all got back into the car. They all loved the nighttime, it was when most things come alive. They drove down the road, beneath the ever twinkling stars and sang the night away. Laughing. Smiling. Talking. They were home.
