the main character *cough cough* kylie says she loves bands like the 1975, arctic monkeys, bastille, and the neighbourhood.

she's a "hardcore fan."

and one day when kylie goes to the record store to buy a new vinyl record, she ends up meeting with cameron dallas!!

cam then asks her

"who the fuck are arctic monkeys?"

kylie gets mad since cam supposedly doesn't know about their existence.

so kylie goes home to hear "a.m" as if it's their only album, to then realize that cam is more well known with a.m.

since it was a joke that kylie wouldn't understand.
