No matter how hard we plan our future ahead for us to live in it will be Him who would decide for us in the end. But that does not mean we would just wait for it to happen. Sometimes praying and asking for guidance is the best way for us to take the right path.

Every choice we'd take, even the smallest thing might be the reason to have our lives turn 360 degrees. We might as well savour the moment of the present. As we do things for a better future.

Start doing different things with the same circumstances, since we cannot change the circumstances, but we can change ourselves. Even the smallest things.

Because what you have in the moment, you've attracted the person you've become.

"I couldn't believe this would happen." I blew off the air from my mouth as I watch the construction going.

Walang araw siguro akong hindi pumupunta dito. It just feels like my day will not be completed without me seeing another dream becoming unlocked.

It was just a teenage dream after all. But it was never absent to my prayers. Prayer is the most powerful among all, indeed.

The engineer gave me suggestions on what is better for the construction and I couldn't help but nod as he was giving me really good suggestions.

I believe being smart is the most attractive attribute everyone would fall for.

"How about a five storey establishment for that free lot over there?" he suggested as he pointed the free lot where I planned to build another establishment for the others to rent.

By that way the money that I spent on building them will come back to me.

"Kailangan ko pa mag-ipon Engr. medyo masakit sakit po yan sa bulsa." I tried to put humor on it and chuckled by myself.

We talked a lot more about it until the topic was already about ourselves. Him, going to school again to take architecture.

"Sayang nga. I should have took Architectural before Engineering.

His last word stopped me. Great that it didn't took me more time before I was taken it aback.

"Oh? You're married na pala?" I asked him to be sure.

He made a gesture for me to see his ring on his ring finger. It was gold that shines as the sunlight peeked at it.

Tago akong napakagat labi sa kahihiyan at natawa bago bumaling sa kanya na nakangiti na.

"You must have chikitings na." I told him, asking if he has a child already.

"I have three. Two boys and a girl, my youngest." his eyes twinkled as he talked about his children.

Months for construction made me talk to them. The construction workers were funny to be with and hardworking.

"Kain muna kayo snacks, Engr." pag-aaya ko sa kanya matapos niya iyong talakayin.

I was more amaze when he declined my offer. "It's tempting Ma'am, but I am not here to eat snacks. I might forget about what I am into here and enjoy the foods during work time." he laughed afterwards.
