After school, Childe waited outside the school gate and waited as students passed by. He heard a familiar voice behind him

"Hey Ajax!"

"Oh heya Lumine"

He turned around and smiled as she quickly took his hand a pulled his arm. She started running, therefore dragging the older male to who knows where. Once she stopped, Childe stood up straight and looked around. They had gone all the way back to his home.

Childe lived alone anyways so he didn't mind Lumine staying over for a bit. They both went inside and sat down on the couch.

"You need anything to drink? Or are you hungry? I can make something-"

"No need"

She gave him a reassuring smile and he leaned back on the couch. She put her bag down on the floor and sighed before starting to speak

"Hey.. so I wanted to apologise for what happened... I didn't mean to harshly spill it out to you..."

"Heh, it's fine. At least you were being honest"

After a while of awkward silence, he eventually got up and went to go grab a cup of water. Once he was out of sight, Lumine sighed and grabbed the longer, loose ends of her hair and slightly yanked at it

"Ugh! Lumine you fucking idiot!!"

She smacked the side of her head over and over again, muttering curses at herself. Childe came back and out an extra cup of water. She wanted so badly to tell everything to the male that was sitting right infront of her... but she couldn't bring herself to do it

"Lumine, are you alright?"

"No, I'm not. I don't know what to do anymore. Seriously, I can't figure anything out"

She paused and sighed before continuing

"Honestly... I can't lie about my feelings. I have feelings for you, and they're very strong. I hate it that I can't remember anything about you. I spoke to Ganyu about it and she told me to take my time but I just can't mention anything to you!! You make me feel weird, I want to tell you everything but once it gets to the moment... I can never say anything!!!"

Lumine vented out all her feelings to Childe as he was listened quietly. Once Lumine stopped talking, he shifted closer to her and wrapped her into a bear hug. The girl quickly hugged back and tried her best not to completely break down infront of him.

"Take your time... no one is rushing you. Please tell me if anything I do makes you uncomfortable... I'd hate to make you feel bad about me"

Lumine scoffed and broke the hug

"Like I'd ever actually feel bad about you... let alone hate you..."

The male smiled and slouched down a little to come eye-to-eye with the younger.

"Hmm... should I test your limits?"

Lumine quickly pushed him away and crossed her arms over her chest. She puffed out her cheeks and started acting like a child

"Hmph! Back off... you shouldn't test me like that!!"

He only laughed at her and gently pat her head

"You should head home now, I heard from Keqing that he was sick... probably best not to leave him alone for too long. I'm sure he wants to see you"

"Yeah but I'm gonna get sick-"

"Nah you won't"

Lumine sighed and picked up her bag. She stood up and finished drinking the cup of water Childe had poured out for her. Ajax stood up and ran to open the door for Lumine.

"Bye Lumi, see you tomorrow at our usual meeting spot?"

"If you mean our morning spot then sure"

They both waved goodbye and then Lumine started walking back home. She won't lie that she's kinda disappointed they they didn't hug one last time but Lumine was satified to know that Childe is willing to slow things down for her... It proved that Childe really did care

Once she got home, she found her brother being a couch potato. His long hair was a mess with bits and pieces of hair sporadically flying all over the place. He was wrapped up in a blanket with a bowl of half finished porridge sitting on the little coffee table infront of him

"Aether, how are you feeling?"

"Worse then I did in the morning..."

She put her bag down and placed her hand on his forehead, feeling his temperature. His cheeks and nose were red and his eyes were half closed.

"Awwh... you're adorable but I hate seeing you like this"

She cleaned up a bit of the mess then grabbed her bag off the floor. She ran into her room and threw her bag onto her bed before quickly changing into her home clothes. Once she was dressed, she went into her brother's room and took one of his hair ties.

Running back out to the couch, Lumine sat behind Aether and slowly brushed her hand throught his hair. As always, Aether had quite healthy hair... despite being a guy. Once all the knots were undone, she tied his hair into a messy bun.

"Thanks Lumine... I felt too tired to deal with my hair today..."

"Haha, it's alright. Just focus on getting better... did you take your medicine?"

Aether glared at his sister with unamusement

"Stop acting like my mom, I'll be fine after today."

Lumine laughed and light hit his shoulders

"Alright fine, make sure you call Keqing after dinner. She told me her day was packed so getting a call from her loving boyfriend would be sure to make her day sooooo much better~"

"Just shut up and leave me alone..."

He went into his blanket shell and his voice muffled the rest of his words. Lumine retreated back into her room and settled down at her table. Taking out her books she got ready for her lesson with her tutor for the day... Ms. Ganyu

After her tutoring session, a certain someone came to see the twins right before they started preparing for dinner...

Watching Hololive EN streams make me feel so much better. Just the sheer chaotic energy they radiate is so comforting to me XD
Calli and Kiana are the best duo and Gura is just the little adorable little sharkie OwO
Ofc Ame and Ina have they're own unique and adorable personalities as well but I'm pretty new to the whole thing ^^'
