"Officer Kim?- Jesus!"
"Didn't I say knock before entering?!"

I couldn't believe what I've seen as I made my way outside immediately, rubbing my temples with both of my thumbs. So, that's why the two of them got close?! They were fucking dating this whole time?! Is this why Jungwoo was always hanging out in his office this whole time?!

Officer Kim IS GAY?! How come I didn't know any of this?!

After a while, I heard the doorknob unlock as I peeked inside to see them looking more "professional" than ever. I put my hands on my waist, having a snarky stance like I'm a mother of six kids. I let out a sigh, causing them to act like nothing even happened earlier.

"... I thought we were going to discuss something... Why are you two making out like there's no tomorrow?"

I ask, furrowing my brows in disbelief.

"Look, L/N, it was definitely Jungwoo's idea that I... well... found interesting but we did call you here to discuss the prostitution case."
"... Uh, huh... Sure..."

I say, later sitting beside Jungwoo as I sigh. I tried hard not to remember how it all looked like but it felt like it was imprinted in my head. It would've been better if it was just a sweet passionate kiss! But they looked like those teenagers at my high school hallways who made out everywhere!

Thank god, I got here fast. I didn't want to see anything more than making out.

Officer Kim gets up from his seat, making his way to the bookshelf as the awkward silence fills in the fully air-conditioned room.

He later puts down the stack of folders on his desk loudly, immediately catching both of our attention spans as he clears his throat with full effort.

"I'm gonna need the two of you to finish reading these folders by the end of the week and once you both finish reading these, we'll have to do another meeting with the whole team and present this case. By the way, I also found out more information about the case today and... Robert Esperanto and Alejandro Diaz were indeed acquaintances, which is an addition to my assumption that Alejandro is the damn mastermind of this fucking mess."

"I'm out of this fucking prison!"

I heard a familiar voice yell around the hallways as I immediately rushed towards the glass door, leaning my head against the panel so that I could somehow hear what was happening outside. There were loud footsteps, loud voices, and sirens outside as I tried to listen in closer.

Did Yuto somehow escape his cell?! How could that even happen?! Aren't the red-colored rooms more protected than this green cell?! How in the world did he get to escape this highly-guarded cell?!

Suddenly, the door from outside my cell opens as Yuto barges into the room.

"Yuto?"
"Do you want to escape or not, deaf cunt?"

I took a pause, later shaking my head.

"... I-I don't know, Yuto. That's against the law."
"Well, isn't that why all of us are here, Taeyong? We're against the fucking law now and we have to stand by it, dumb bitch."

He says, unlocking the glass wall to make me able to go out anytime. However, I didn't want to escape this prison because I knew that I would still get caught and my sentence would be so much longer than before.

Yuto runs out of my cell as his gang started following in his footsteps. This is a chance to be finally free but... I can't ever be free.

I know that he'll find me easier if I get out of here and once he does, he'll never let me escape his prison ever again.
