Chapter 26:

Five days passed and my wound was starting to get a lot better than it was.

"So, Y/N, I have good news for you..."

The doctor trails off as I tilt my head, listening closely to what she's about to tell me. Well, Taeyong never really left the hospital during those five days and he'd only leave me by myself in case I wanted something more than hospital food. During those five days, I learned so much about Taeyong. I learned the things that made him extremely happy and things that he was really interested in other than makeup or fashion.

Now, I'm talking to my doctor while Taeyong folds some of the clothes perfectly at the corner of the hospital room.

"... Yes, Doc?"
"You're free to go!"

She excitedly says as I let out a surprised chuckle, later causing Taeyong to shyly cheer at the corner.

"Oh... you've got yourself a boyfriend right there?"

She asks, pointing towards the gentle boy.

"Ah, he's the loveliest one..."

I say, turning my head to look at Taeyong's cheeky smile while he folds clothes.

"Well, I hope that the two of you have fun later!"

She smiles, later removing the small, thin tube that was stuck under my skin as she patches the small hole on my skin with a band-aid. Taeyong later walks towards the two of us as both he and the doctor help me get up from the bed easily. The doctor leaves the room with a single wave as Taeyong and I both wave our hands back to say farewell.

Now, all that I have to do is pay everyone that I know a visit.

But before all of that...

"Hey, Taeyong, will you help me put all of this in the bag- Oh!"

He surprisingly plants a kiss on my lips, causing me to take a step back in shock. I was overwhelmed.

I never knew that a kiss without a warning would change the way I see things... and my god, he's really fucking lovely.

"Oh, my... That was quick! I was a little shocked but... I don't mind it..."

I was running out of words to say because he was literally standing there, staring at me with the prettiest set of eyes, his pink-tinted cheeks, and his small smile that waited for me to know what I'll say.

We both end up giggling, suddenly stopping with what we're both doing as we stare at each other in adoration. After we've finished packing all of the clothes back into the bags, I decided to take a rest before changing my clothes once more since I was still wearing the hospital gown.

"... So, I guess we should go now?"

Taeyong asks, later taking a sip from the bottled water.

"Wait, I'll just change in a while."
"Okay!"

He says with a smile as I do the same, later turning my back at him as I take untie the ribbon of the hospital gown. Silence started to fill in the room and I started to feel uncomfortable. There was something wrong.

"... Taeyong?"

I turned to look back at him, seeing him startled.

"Y/N... W-Why are you... Why are you stripping?"

He starts to stutter, biting his bottom lip before letting out a nervous laugh. It didn't take long for me to realize that he felt uncomfortable but I knew I should've reminded myself that no matter how happy he seemed now, he still hasn't recovered from the situations that happened. I immediately pick a shirt as I drape it over me, later quickly wearing the slacks under the skirt part of the hospital gown. I ran towards him, seeing how scared he was right in front of my eyes.
