* Stories that I couldn't put down. Stories that are good and well-written I wouldn't mind staying up late at night just so I can read more of them. Each one of them has their own element that makes you drawn in and addicted to them.

For those of you who are into mafia stories, I highly recommend this book! Author's writing is astonishing as hell *chef kiss*
If you're looking for a strong female lead, redeemable playboy-bad guy lead, good plotline, well-written book, a lot of mystery with a lot of twists, a blooming mature relationship of the main couple, then this story might just be for you <3
The moment I read the first chapter, I felt like I was instantly falling in love at first read. Plus, I somehow just got a good feeling about this book and it did not disappoint till the end. The author is really brilliant and talented -really good with words for sure.
Midnight is one in a million kind of female lead in an underground setting. In fact, she is too OP in eyes - above of all and below to no one. It was very much enjoyable and satisfying to know her. People sees her as 'the' devil. But, I like to say she is a dark angel in the skin of a devil. She is good-natured (to selected people ofc) and is like any person who would do anything to protect her loved ones.
Luca is someone who would make you pull your hair out of confusion or frustration at first but would make you swoon later on as the story progresses. His growth is something to look forward to. It's touching how he sees Midnight for who she is. I love how he's not so pushy over MN and supports her instead while also ready at the same time to jump in action when the situation requires.
Favorite part was definitely Midnight's identity revelation. Look forward to that! It was something I was dying to see.
Also, there were some parts that are unrealistic as it can be, but I don't find it cringeyat all to be honest. I, in fact, liked it so much. I mean it's good to make it like that to be different from other books once in awhile, but I guess it's the way how Author played it with plot manipulation, execution of words, narration flow, mystery, twists, etc. -which I think mattered a lot that makes this story badass amazing.
Author is really damn good with words. The story is well-written with quality. It's been added to my favs and worth rereading again sometime. Really loved it and downright amazing! I haven't seen anything like it in a mafia setting. It is just everything. This deserves way more <3 I'm wishing for this to skyrocket and get more recognition (really surprise with the number of views when this is so incredible)

Confessions: I should have done this reading journal sooner. Why did it only occured to me just recently lol now I'd have to start rereading stories (not that I mind XD) I've already read long ago before I plan to add them here, instead of just relying on only to little with what I remember of from the books -to come up with a review.
