"Owen, quit pushing me!" I laugh. It was late and we were at the ocean, looking for seashells.

Everyone else was too burnt to go outside today so we've been on the beach all day. It was pretty relaxing.

Owen isn't as chaotic without Charlie but he's still pretty annoying. I think we've had a good day together.

"I can push you all I want." He was trying to push me down into the water. I saw his hands come to me so I grabbed his wrists.

"I have cat like reflexes." I joke. He looked at me strangely and started laughing. He let go of my wrists, causing me to drop them.

I bite my lip as I look away. I gasp as I bend over. "Look at how big this is!" I grab a shell and show it to Owen.

He takes it to look at it. He brings it up to his ear and starts talking. "Hello? No, I don't have aids. How many times do I have to tell you?"

I was giggling as he fake hung up the phone. He then handed it to me as he shook his head.

"Sorry, that was my mom." I look at him confused as some laughter escapes my mouth. "Why is your mom calling about you having aids?" I ask.

"Girls be crazy and spreading rumors." I just shake my head as we continue walking down the shoreline.

We could hear the waves crashing and the squeals of little kids running along the beach.

I stop and turn to Owen. He crashes into me, not realizing that I had stopped.

I start to fall but he slithers his arm around my back so he could catch me.

"You gotta learn some balance." He teases as he brings me back up.

"Are you hungry by any chance?" I ask with an eyebrow raised. His stomach growled giving us the answer.

"Starving." He smiled. "Wanna go to McDonald's?" I ask as he nods his head.

We start to walk back up to the hotel. "What are the odds of you driving?" I smile. That's a game we picked up while we're here.

We do it if we're bored, don't wanna do something, or it's a dare we think it's funny.

We do it up three so we have to choose the numbers one, two, or three.

"None. I'm not driving." He laughs at me. "Oh come on, just play." I beg.

He looks down at me as I give him puppy dog eyes. He groans causing me to squeal.

"I'll play just this once. But if I lose, you're driving." I agree as I start counting down.

"One, two, three; TWO!" We scream two in unison making him groan louder.

He looks at me as we finally get off the beach. "You're driving next time." He sternly tells me.

We walk past the pool to see little kids looking at us. "Next time?" I ask looking up at him.

He was stumbling on his words. "I- yeah, I just figured we could make this a thing sometimes." He thought.

He was cute whenever he got nervous. I just pat him on his back as we get into the elevator.

"You think everyone is still awake?" I ask looking at the time. It was almost eleven thirty.

"For the most part." He shrugged. When we get to his floor, we could still hear everyone talking inside.

I then get an idea. "You wanna try to sneak in and get the keys without them noticing?" I ask as he nods.
