JAMES POV

Do I really love Charlotte?...then why did I even say that to her , why is my heart disappointing this decision ? Did I take the right judgement?

2 hours later

I left for my office to disengage my resignation letter..
I think Ella was right..cause if I leave this job , I'll not be able to take the responsibility of giving another job to them...

Let me go to her cabin...I'll talk to her politely

" Ms. Jones may I come in?"
" yes please come in"
"Ms. Jones I would like to depart my resignation letter.."

"Very good , I knew you would take the right decision..keep it up! "

"Thank you.."

" And call me Ella "
"It feels ahh! - cringe level x 100" , I whispered..

James chuckled after listening it..

"Okay" , said James

"Ella what's my task for today" ?

" okay so you go up to the 8th floor , all the files are kept there , check the accountant file and bring it to me..quick.."

"Okay sure"

10-15 minutes later

James entered my cabin and handed me the files ..

We were talking about the files and all , in the same time Charlotte entered my cabin..

"Oh wow , that's why I thought why weren't you there in your chalet ..."

"Oh!! Excuse me , he is my inferior , he has to come and Charlotte please knock the door before coming in..I hate insensible people like "

"Why ? So that you can spend a quality time with your ex-boyfriend..huh"

"Just shut-up!!! I hope dont request  me to blow you out from this office..it'll not take me 2 minutes!!!"

"Listen Ella "!

"Ms. Jones "

"Ella!"

"Miss Jones!!"

"Yeah whatever!"

"If you are done with your nonsense , the door is open please leave!!"
"I have some work with James"

"Y-ou"

"I said leave"!!

James do todays work and leave the office by 6:30p.m."

"Okay Ms.Jones"

"James".

I heard something from the back."James",it was the Ella whom I first met in collage, that soothing voice,that peaceful and lovely tone.This made me emotional.

"Yes Ella?"

James,I'm sor--r--"
No nothing good luck"

Ella's Pov

I don't know what happens to me when I meet him.I felt like saying him everything which happened on that day...but I wasn't being able to say him anything.......
Anyways,once he's gone and he'll never come back.

By the way why was Charlotte here?And who gave her the adress?

My phone rang

Oh it's Christoph.
"Hello?"
"Why did you call me?"Christoph I don't want to talk with you."
"Bye"

"That day if Christoph wouldn't have been there, then today ----"

"Ms Jones,you have a call".

"Yeah who is there?"

"It's your dad Ms.Jones".
"Ohh pass me the phone"

"Yes,dad?"

"Ella your mom called me yesterday and said me to come there as she is not well".

"Okay dad.By the way when are you leaving?"

"Tonight".

"Ella I'm sorry I'll not be able to celebrate your birthday"

"Oh dad don't worry"

"Bye,take care dad"
