Kaymoni nodded. "Well, considering how much rent is, I can say it'll be worth it." She shrugged. "Are their any others wanting this place?"
"Besides you just one other. We just put this place on the market so I'll give it a month more before you start seeing competition." Maddie told her and Kaymoni nodded.
"I have about 3 other apartments I wanna look at before I make a decision but I really love this one."
"Mm... I tell you what." The realtor started. "Since you're the first to come and see about it I will keep it for you while you decide, but as soon as a better offer comes up it's gone. I'll give you two weeks. Sounds good?"
Kaymoni again, gave her a big smile. "Thank you so much!" She shook her hand.
"Of course. I'll be in contact."
