Chapter 10

MADI'S POV

I woke up. No Matt beside me. He must be downstairs or something. I walked down the stairs to see him cleaning up a huge mess. Need some help? I asked. Plz princess, he said. I grabbed all the cups and dumped them down the sink and threw the cups away. After about 30 minutes we were done. We both fell back on the couch. Never again! He said.

I laughed. Was it really that messy? I asked.
YES! He said. I was up for an hour before you woke up cleaning! He said. I'm sorry babe, I said. It's okay but you can give me a kiss, he said holding my hands in his. I leaned in and so did he. Our lips touched and moved in sync. After a minute we pulled. So what you want to do today? He asked. Well I need to go shopping! I said.

Okay we can go shopping, plus I have to be at a business meeting tomorrow so you can help me pick out a suit, he said. Okay! I said. I'll go get dressed! I said running up the stairs. I picked out a crop top and shorts. I did my makeup and it was on point😂 My hair was still kinda curly from last night. So I left it and put in a SnapBack backwards. I slipped on some converse and put my phone in my back pocket.

I walked down the stairs to see Matt dressed. You look gorgeous! Matt said. Thanks, I said. That SnapBack is hot on you! He said. I know I'm hot, I said laughing. Come on, he said. I walked out the door. With him behind me. We got in his black mustang and drove to the mall.

~At the Mall~

We got oh the car and walked in. I'm hungry, I said. Your actually hungry? He said. I'm human you know, I said. He laughed. Okay how about pizza, he said. Really pizza? I said. Fine what do you want, he said. Um...Starbucks! I said. Starbucks isn't food! He said. It is if I get a muffin! I said grabbing him and pulling him off to Starbucks. I walked to the counter.

Yes I would like 2 Carmel Frappes and 2 chocolate muffins, I said. Okay that will be $10.76, the man said. Matt handed them some money. Matt! I said. Shut up, he said. UGHH! I said. We grabbed our drinks and food and sat down. I could have paid! I said. But I'm the boyfriend so I paid! He said. Fine, I said pecking his lips.

We are and finished. Were to? He asked. AMERICAN EAGLE! I said. Okay, he said. We walked in and I looked at some jeans and cute flannels. I'm going to try these on, I said. I went and put in the high waisted jeans and flannel. I walked out. How does this look? I asked Matt. Hawt, he said. Your a boy, I said. Um duh! He said. I laughed. I went and out my clothes back on.

I checked out, and I paid. I refused to let Matt. Where now? He asked. To get you a suit, I said. We walked into a suit store. Okay now what are you looking for? I asked. Just a black and white one, he said. Okay, I said. I looked around till I saw a cool one. Try this on, I said handing it to Matt. He went in the dressing room and I sat on my phone texting Alexa and Erika. Apparently Erika and Jack G are going on a date.

Matt came out. How does it look? He asked. I looked up. YAS! I love it! I said. I walked up to him and fixed his tie. Hot! I said. He smirked. Now go get dressed so we can buy it, I said. He went back in and waited. In a matter of minutes he came back out. We checked out. Now where? He asked. Um..Aeropostale, I said. Bethany mota came out with a new line! I said. Okay, he said.

I walked in and looked around. I picked out a flowy skirt and a cute shirt. I went in and changed into it. I tucked the shirt in. How is this Matt? I asked. That's hot as usual, he said. I rolled my eyes. I went and changed. Then checked out. We walked around the mall talking. Them somebody ran into me. I felt something cold go down my shirt. Shit! I said.

OMG! I'm so sorry! Somebody said. I looked up and a guy was standing their. I wasn't looking where I was going! He said. No no, it's fine, I said wiping it off with the napkins Matt handed me. Is there anything I can do? He said. No it was an accident, I said. No please, I feel bad, he said. What then? I asked. Let me buy you Starbucks or something? He said. Bro she is my girlfriend, Matt said.

No I just want to buy her something to say I'm sorry, the boy said. I don't even know you name! I said jumping in the conversation. It's Nathan, he said. Well I'm Madi and this is Matt, I said. Well Madi, I'm so sorry, he said. It's fine really, I said. Then a group of boys came over. Dude did it work! One of them said. Did what work? I asked. Shut up Austin! Nathan said. What the hell? Matt said.

You did this on purpose! I said getting angry. Ummm maybe, Nathan said. YOU DICKHEAD! I said. Matt came in front of me and punched Nathan in the face. Nathan fell to the ground. I went and kicked Austin in the balls. YOU FUCKTARDS CAN DIE IN A HOLE! I said. I just wanted your number! Nathan said with pain In his voice. Well it's 1-800-PERV, I said. Then I turned around and walked away. Matt caught up with me.

You okay? He asked. Yes but them guys are disgusting! I said. I know princess, he said. Let's go home, shall we? I asked. Yes we shall, he said putting his arm around my waist. We walked out to his car. I put the bags into the trunk and got in the car.
We started down the road.

~At the house~

I brought my clothes up to my room and hung them up. I walked into Matts room and hung his suit up and placed it into his closet. I felt arms snake around my waist. He placed his head on my shoulder. I have to be at the meeting thing at 1pm thru 5pm, he said. God why so long! I said. I don't know they have a lot of stuff to talk about, he said. I'll be okay I'll call Alexa and Erika and we can hang, I said.

Okay, he said. But I'll be back before you know it, he said. Okay, I said. I would bring you but I doubt you would like to sit and listen to business stuff, he said. Nope, I'm okay with staying home, I said. That's what he said turnings around facing him. I love you Madi, he said. I love you to Matt, I said. He rubbed his thumb over my cheek. Your beautiful, he said. Thank you, I said. And never forget it, he said. I smiled.
