The Contract!

" You are definitely mine now Rosy Walter,Hahahaha..". Shane was pleased and satisfied after reading the line saying, "Rosie's broke and desperately needs money. She needs to pay off her mom's medical expenses.".... Shane's parents kept on telling him about getting married but he was so man oriented that he couldn't find a single woman that he could well dominate until Rosie. He felt like killing two birds with a stone. A wave of satisfaction rushed down his veins. He quickly gave Luis a call and asked him to come over. Meanwhile Rosie was enjoying a picnic with her besties. They went to a park where they thought about having a barbeque. Unfortunately, Ani and Claire didn't know how to cook. Rosie was the only source of cooking for them. All the three of them sat down and started preparing things for barbecue. "We shouldn't give bell peppers,eewwkk!" ,Ani exclaimed. God knows why but she had a different hate for bell peppers. "You can always put them aside babe." ,Claire said while peeling onions. Rosie was sitting there smiling and looking at them. She enjoyed how Claire and Ani used to debate over small topics. They were all of same age but Ani was still a kid. She liked to stick to what she said while on the other hand, Claire speaks out logic. Rosie somewhere felt bliss in that moment. Rosie started roasting the barbeque while Claire and Ani started clicking pictures. They felt that the greenery of the park was mesmerizing. They were actually happy that day. Rosie forgot all that happened to her in the last few days. The last thing she wanted to do was thinking about Shane and spoiling the day, she rather chose to enjoy. But as it is said, good moments never lasts long. Rosie soon got a message from her manager saying, "Come here asap!". The not-so-detailed text made her more scared and anxious. She quickly called out for Ani and Claire and said, "I immediately need to leave, you both enjoy!". "But..Ro... ", Ani tried to stop her but Rosie was fast enough to reach out of her hands.

On the other hand while everything above was happening, Luis came to Shane's office to meet him because Shane called him. He knocked on Shane's door. "Come in." - Shane replied. Luis came in and asked him what happened. Shane told Luis about his plan and for a moment Luis was stunned. He was surprised that Shane was actually agreeing to marry someone, that too with a girl who was so fierce. Shane said, "Prepare a contract where it must clearly say that I'll own her. I will pay off all her debts but instead of that, she'll have marry to me". Luis agreed to everything Shane said, after all Shane was his only best friend. They both left for Rosie's bar. Both of them were waiting for Rosie at the bar.

When Rosie entered the bar, she saw the manager standing. When she tried to see past him, she saw Shane. Chills spent down her veins when she got reminded of the past events. She stayed there still waiting for someone to speak up and tell her about what was happening. "Manager, excuse us. We need some time alone."-Shane said. The manager bowed to Shane and the walked past Rosie towards the exit. She looked at Shane just to witness him staring blankly at her. Shane told, "Come here and sit.". She came closer but didn't sit. Shane threw the contract onto the sofa near Rosie and said, "Read. ". Rosie took a few minutes to read it, she was clueless at first but as she went on reading the contract she went furious. She said out of anger, "Are you out of your mind Mr.Shane?What were you even thinking before coming to this conclusion? You know what? My problems started the moment I saw you. You are a Mon.... ". Shane quickly stands up and puts his finger on Rosie's lips and said, " Shhh baby girl, be careful with your words.". He comes closer so that he can whisper into her ear that, "It's all about money.  I will pay off all your debts and treat your dad as well. " . Rosie stood there still. She didn't know what to do or say. Shane sat on the sofa waiting for her answer. He said, "I will give you three more minutes to decide. Anyways I still have to make up for that slap you gave. ". Rosie was numb, everything was processing inside her head. 3 minutes were almost over. Shane started the countdown. He said, "5...4....3...2...."  "I agree!" ,Rosie said in a second. Shane was pleased to hear those words. His witfull smirk came back to his face.

He stood up and said to Rosie, "Come with me! ". Rosie quietly followed him. They sat inside the car. Luis sat on the front seat while Shane and Rosie sat on the two opposite sides of the back seat. Luis silently gave some indications to the driver and the driver followed it accordingly. There was not a single sound during the ride. It had the same silence like the silence in some funeral. Suddenly the driver pulled the brakes and said, "We are here Sir.". Shane and Rosie got out of the car. Rosie, even though she knew that she didn't have any right to ask questions still asked, "Where are we?". "We are going on a date baby girl! ". "Whaaa-", "You might have gone on a love date before but this time you are going on a hate date!", Shane interrupted Rosie even before she could finish a word. After knowing how Shane was, hearing these words from him seemed like a death trap to Rosie. She asked out of fear, voice a bit cracked, "But I-i-i-....". "One more word from you and I will make sure you regret this.", Shane said to Rosie without even looking at her. He continued, "You know what my desires are so....... "
