The sound from Vexana the bird woke us up. I saw her flapping her uninjured wings, she's near our ceiling so I have to look up to see her. I took a meat because I think she is hungry that's why she's making that sounds. Yesterday night was very hot, we ended up sleeping late and now we woke up late also.
The sun outside shines brightly, the snow falls calmly and I spotted some birds flying. I raise my brows to Jiaro who's looking at me, I bet he hadn't gotten enough yesterday night. He put his bag on the table full of weapons, clothes, and some food. He will leave today and only Kairo and me will be left here, I hope they'll return back immediately.
Kairo is heating a water for me to take a bath outside. I took the gun inside my bag and a necklace made of three hot stones; I gave it to Jiaro. I briefly teach him how to use a gun so he could use it when an emergency came but unfortunately it only has three bullets left.
I watch Jiaro as he packed his things, he made sure that everything is complete. His eyes shifted on mine then he gestured me to come closer to him. I sat on his lap while he kissed the top of my head.
"Don't worry too much." He said, although I didn't say or show to them that I'm really worried but I know that they can fill it. I cannot mind link him when his outside of the island and is too far that's what they said.
His warm hands cup my waist making me turn facing him, he sticked his forehead unto mine. For a minute we stayed like that until I let out a chuckle, I can feel him waking up under me. He also laughed a little and growl, we kiss each other for a short time but it deepened eventually unable to let go with each other.
We just stop when Kairo entered the house, I stood up from Jiaro's lap, he has to leave soon delaying him won't do any good. I walk towards Kairo to give him a kiss instead.
After that I grab my lab coat that turn into a bathrobe, Kairo guided me outside to where the tub is placed. The water creates a mist due to its warmness, I quickly deep myself unto it relaxing my muscles. I look at Kairo inviting him to join me which he gladly did, the tub is big enough for me and Kairo would definitely fit inside. True, he fit inside but due to its size the water overflow.
We let our body relax for 10 minutes before deciding to stop, as much as we want to stay longer there, but we still have to accompany Jiaro and beside the water is getting cold.

Some Usuros are gathered around the shore to see Jiaro and the others leave. All five of them are properly equip, they have their weapons and bags. I notice the three males are expecting Siya to come but I know she wouldn't I'm sure that they'll leave disappointed which is a good thing for me. They realize it soon.
The king stand in front of them saying something, Jiaro look at me giving me a small smile. The king said to bid their goodbyes and Jiaro approach us, I open my arms hugging him tightly and kissing him.
"Take care." I whispered to him.
"Ni zu phahal" (You to love) he cupped my cheeks kissing me again before patting Kairos shoulder. He looked at his brother saying. "Take care of her brother." Kairo nod placing his hands on his brother's shoulder.
Jiaro look at us one last time before turning his back to leave. They boarded a boat, same as the boat they use when I first came here, I wave my hand to Jiaro when he looked at us after settling himself in the boat.
The other Usuros also wave their hands to the five males. The look in their face is full hope, they are hoping for peace and they wanted good news when Jiaro and others came back from the mainland. It's clear that they don't want war anymore, they don't want to lose their love ones and lose their existence on this planet.
We watched as the boat moves away from us, finally after some minutes the boat reach the main land. I could see Jiaro looking at us and the other guys waving their hands. All five of them hide the boat in the bushes and they ran deep into the forest vanishing from our eyes. Despite of the sea starting to freeze they swiftly arrive at the main land.
The crowd started disappearing and soon Kairo and me decided to go home too. Clasping my hand, I walk beside Kairo who is now quiet, I frown.
"Are you okay?" I ask worriedly.
"Yes, I'm just thinking what I could do to prepare the island when they come back." he smile at me.
"Perhaps I could help." I told him more about what I could do like how to create explosive from the black powder that I found in the mine. I told him how to create it and how it works, it's pretty easy to make one and making it would greatly help us especially the numbers of enemy that we have to encounter.
As we walk, we continually talk about the explosive, his serious face drive me crazy I can help but to chuckle in my mind but of course he heard it. His frown vanished then a smile replaced it, he winks at me that made me bit my lower lip, I just shook my head when a dirty thought started forming in my mind.
Later on, we reach our home, I put the cloak aside then I reach my hand to Vexana, I want to pet her. The little bird jump, she quietly settled in my palms, I pat her using my thumbs then I look at Kairo, his taking something out from the floor. The wooden floor has a small space beneath it.
"Here it's the map of our planet." My eyes widen, I can't believe they have something like this. "Maybe it could help you." I frown at what he said but he just smiled at me and wink.
I took the brownish thick rough paper from him, opening it the first thing I saw is a castle. It's their castle when the war hasn't started yet the land is like a Pangea version of earth there are only a couple of islands.
"I'm sorry I didn't give it to you earlier, it didn't really come to our mind we almost forget that we have a map." Kairo said while scratching the back of his head.
"It's okay beside it's not that I could explore the whole planet." True, but this map is really important if there is war so we could know where the enemy is.
I open the small booklet carefully, afraid that the paper will ruin. The booklet contains information about their land like the name of the places and of course the information about their capital. I'm amaze how their life is when the war hasn't started, just like humans in 18th century they use some kind of animals for transportation. Their usual clothes are like robe with different patterns on it.
As I flip the page, I saw a group of men and women and below it written what kind they are which is Dugo, Usuro, Alo and Zemin, I am not familiar with last two names but it is said their kind controls some kind of elements and the Zemin is like a witch. At the back of those people is a big spacecraft. The picture is not really clear so I couldn't see the feature of the spacecraft clearly but I'm certain that it's not the wrecked spacecraft that I saw in the mine.
