Chapter 27

Vixen POV

The next morning Kairo brought me with him to the doctor's house, he said we will have to talk with Cleo and her sister who is now all healed from her injuries. We will be going to ask them how did they came here.

I took a seat beside Kairo while Cleo seat in the opposite side from us.

My attention shifted to the door when I hear it click and then a woman who look like Cleo appeared, she smiled at us then she took a sit beside her sister. Cleo sister roam her eyes around, taking the place.

After 5 minutes of silence between us the king and queen arrive, I slightly bow my head to pay respect.

"Shall we start?" The king asked looking at the two females. " As you probably know Vixen the chosen female of our sons is a vampire from earth, so tell us something about yourselves," he added.

"I'm Clay and this is my younger sister Cleo, our kind is called wolves in earth and our ancestors are lycans who look like an Usuro." So, her name is Clay, I admit she acts more professional than her sister.

"We are walking at the lab that time when Cleo accidentally activated the broken portal that the scientist was planning to destroy." I can't imagine what Yna's reaction now. "The portal suck as in and in a blink of an eye we are transported here."

"Are they really planning to destroy the portal?" I asked crossing my arms. Although I already have a thought about it considering Yna but I know there are some greedy scientists out there.

"Yes, but there are some who oppose thus delaying the schedule of destroying the portal but a girl who invented it agreed because it takes her partner life and I assume you are the girl she is talking about."

"Yes." I shortly said.

"Your case is the second one already so it easier for us to trust you but it doesn't mean you are already exempted." The king gesture his hand and the man carrying a bowl and knife came forward.

The king kept on asking them some questions, probably testing the two.

I felt Kairo stand so I looked up at him. "Will go now to meet Jiaro." I excitedly stand and put my hands on his when he mind linked those words.

Kairo and I bid our goodbye to the king and queen before finally going out. Kairo said that we have to stop by in the forging house before going home to wait for Jiaro. As we walk inside the forging house males greeted us.

I scan the area to find out that they already made a lot of explosives, they made an arrow with explosive on its tip. You can really see how dedicated they are on their work but of course you would laugh when you see them see a single female passing by.

For example, Zanda and Liya, the males will show their body proudly to them and once the female look at their way, they would put a smile acting innocent. Zanda seems to move on already but according to some Usuros they only see her go out of their house a couple of times starting from that incident.

Usuros didn't mind it much and so do I, Zanda was just a child that what I think unlike Cleo.

I saw the three that Siya has taken a liking, I didn't hear much about their relationship with Siya this time but as what I notice on Siya's good mood their relationship maybe had gotten closer.

After some talks with some of the males like giving advice, Kairo and I head out. We walk under the heavy snow fall as our laugh echoed. Finally, when we arrive at our house the warm inside envelop us and I saw Jiaro sitting at our living room, his whole attention is outside the window that makes him not notice us.

I look up at Kairo, my smiling face made his lips twitch then he cleared his throat taking Jiaro attention.

Jiaro stood up when he saw us, his tired eyes settled to me and I felt a pang of pain in my chest. Without waiting any words from him I hurriedly hug him, he caged me inside his arms tightly while gently kissing my head. How I miss him.

He cupped my face locking our eyes to each other. His hand is full of small wounds and his eyebags started to darken. My heart throb seeing him, I know I'm at fault because of not thinking well, stupid hormones. My eyes started to water as he put a gentle smack kiss on my lips.

"I'm sorry, if we're making you feel bad that time, for not asking you and for not staying on your side," he said gently to me.

"Me too I'm sorry I didn't think--" Jiaro cut my words by kissing me again.

"No... you are not at fault so don't feel bad about it." I gave him a narrowed look and said that if I think about their mindset maybe I wouldn't misunderstood.

"Bad males." They laugh at what I said.

I'm so lucky to have them both. Jiaro is a man who really is not vocal about his emotion instead he always shows it through his action, he would always make sure to make you feel safe and comfortable. Kairo on the other hand is a combination of both but he is more vocal that Jiaro.

I look at the two males, I can't wait to tell them the good news. Now that we are all here and okay, it's the time to tell them. The two of them look at me with a smiling face.

"I have good news to you guys." I look at their reaction and they both have their brows raised.

"I only learned about this recently and I wanted to tell you guys as soon as I learned this but due to our misunderstanding I wouldn't able to tell it." I stop giving them an intense look, they look at each other out of curiosity.

"I'm pregnant!" I loudly said with my arms spread wide.

The two of them didn't move as if they still processing what they heard but a minute later they still hadn't reacted. I frown at them then I repeat what I just said.

"I'm pregnant."

Jiaro's eyes widen and his jaw drop while Kairo hurriedly grab my hands kissing it.

"You are?" Kairo ask with his glimmering eyes.

"Yes, I'm pregnant." I happily said again.

"We will going to have a child and we will be a father!" Jiaro said with a shock face.

Jiaro gave me a hug, I can hear his fast heart beats and after him Kairo kiss me then he put his forehead on mine. The two of them looks really happy, Kairo eyes glimmer as if tears would come out soon and Jiaro's hands shakes as if his nervous.

"We are so in love with you." Kairo whispered on my ear.

"You made us the happiest Usuros Phahal." Jiaro said.
