Chapter 10

Vixen POV

Some females gathered around us as Liya and Siya bought me in Tahi-ahn. An open area where they make clothes. There are two big trees which serve as a tool to hang the animals' skin and the one who protects us from the warm sunlight.

Although I am not good at making clothes but I know how to make one, I'm a fvcking genius. I decided to make a dress because I think it's the easiest one to make. I will make one for me, for Kairo and Jiaro.

Just like humans they also use needle and thread, they also have a weaver instrument allowing them to make fabrics. Some females started to approach me but most of them still looked at me suspiciously and curiously. Some smiled at me, giving me a meter of fabric which I gladly took to make a pair of gloves for the upcoming winter.

I smile at the children who are curiously observing every move that I take. I motioned them to move closer to me but they just stayed at their place until one boy stood up walking to me. He seems to be the bravest among the children, probably 7 winters already.

"Do you want me to make a pair of gloves for you?" I asked kindly using my smoothest voice.

The boy frowned while pouting, maybe he didn't know what gloves are. It's my time to show some skills to them, especially that there are a lot of females watching. I have to at least make them comfortable with my presence.

"It's a piece of clothing in hand, you can use it especially in winter."

His frown slowly lifted and his face brightened then he nodded. I smiled and took his hand to measure the size. The other kids slowly come closer to us peeking at what we are doing.

As I continued to make the gloves the Queen appeared, everyone bowed which I followed. She looked around until her eyes stopped on me, raising her eyebrow as she walked towards me.

"How's your stay her female?" The Queen asked while looking at what I'm doing

"It's amazing, your majesty." I replied bowing slightly.

"Hmmm.... it's been hundreds of years since I saw someone like you, would you like to have a talk with me while doing your work?"

"Of course."

The queen sat down in the smooth grass, her assistant gave her a fabric, needle and thread. She started asking me things about where I came from and how I met her sons. I can't believe I forgot to visit her first especially when I want to be on her good side but this event was also worth it because I learned a lot and she's here.

"So... you mean that you three haven't marked yet?"

I nod shyly, I wasn't aware of how they mate but it turns out the time where you accept each other was the time for you to mate. If I knew about this, I would have done it already, now I should decide when to mark with them but I think these days the guys are busy for the upcoming winter.

I stitched the last part of the gloves then I gave it to the child, the children and the females felt surprised when the kid wore it. It's probably their first time seeing such clothing.

"It's my first time seeing such clothing." The Queen said with a surprise while inspecting the glove.

"It could protect the hand from cold, that's one of the clothing humans have invented."

" It really is a great help female, as the queen of Usuros I thank you."

" I-it's okay your majesty."

"Can we make more of that female for the others? And can you give us more insight about the other clothing of humans."

I nod to the Queen. She then calls an old female who is the leader of making clothing for them. I started to draw on the ground, the Usuros around me watched my movement curiously and I can't help but to smile.
