Chapter 21: He's back...

"What the hell do you want Kite?" I snarled.

"I hear you're having some trouble getting back to your dimension. I offer my help." He said.

"Excuse me? How the hell do you know about that?!" I asked.

"I see EVERYTHING dealing with the dimensions. Come to the address I text to you at midnight tonight. Do NOT be late." He said.

"Excuse me! You do NOT have the authority to-"

Then Kite just hung up on me! Talk about rude!

"Great. More of my past coming to haunt me! Lexie, I'm gonna be gone tonight around midnight to meet up with someone. Please make sure Dalia doesn't make a move on my brother." I said.

Lexie laughed. "Alright. You have my word."

-Time Skip-

It was nightfall by now AND it was raining. I sighed as I stepped out of the house in my hoodie.

I quickly began running to the location Kite told me to meet him.

To my luck, it began raining harder and harder. I stopped in an alley to catch my breath and to stay dry.

"Fuck. Now I know I'm gonna be late." I said.

Since I was waiting, I reached into the pocket of my hoodie and pulled out my pocket knife.

Hey, just because Kite was gonna help me doesn't mean he wouldn't try to kill me! I had to defend myself.

"Ah, I figured you'd be here."

I quickly turned around and held my knife high only to be stopped by the one person I despised more than anything.

Okay, he's tied with Eva, Jessica and Hawkmoth, but whatever!

I quickly backed away from him.

"Alright, you said you had a way to help me. Explain what you want from me." I said.

"You want to get straight to the point. Good. I like people like you." Kite said. "Unfortunately, you are of no use to me right now. But when I come to you in need of something one day, you will help me. Deal?"

"Yeah, whatever. Now, you have some explaining to do too." I said.

"Alright, what is it?" He asked.

"First of all, how the hell did you get here?" I asked.

"You're not the only one who gets teleported to places by villains. I was coming to see you guys and while I was in Paris, someone teleported me here." He replied.

"Okay, so you have to get me back to my dimension where Shark and Yuma are. You have to help me before I help you." I said.

"Fair enough, but just letting you know, if you break this deal of ours I won't hesitate to hurt those you love."

I nodded. "Deal. But I highly doubt you'd be able to hurt any of my friends."

Kite smiled, which to be honest, I didn't even think that was possible!

"Alright. Send me your location and I'll meet you over there at three." Kite said as he walked away.

I smiled as I quickly ran back to Dalia's house. Just as I got there, the rain had stopped.

When I walked into the house, everyone was in the living room talking about who knows what. What I thought was strange was everyone stopped talking and looked at me as soon as I walked in.
