I flinched, as the cloth was untied from around my head, and blinked, my vision becoming clearer, and my body feeling less numb, telling me the drugs were wearing off, and felt betrayal and anger shoot through me, as I saw all four Lords gathered around in seats, Mother Miranda standing on what seemed to be a type of stage made from rock, her eyes gazing at me emotionlessly through her mask. I struggled against the chains, but found myself still too weak to break free, and my heart started pounding against my ribs with fear and confusion, then turned my head to look beside me, as I heard a groan of pain. There was a strange man beside me, his hair a blonde color, his hands bound like mine, and I noticed his left hand was bandaged, two of the fingers missing, and he was covered in dirt and sweat. I assumed he had been the center of whatever conversation everyone had been having, as he looked both confused and angry, glaring at them all. Alcina and Heisenberg glared at each other, and if I knew the siblings well, which I thought I did, they had been arguing over which of them got to play with the man beside me, the rage in Alcina's eyes telling me who had won that argument.

Mother Miranda cleared her throat, capturing everyone's attention, and spoke loudly and very clear, her voice silky and smooth. "Now, to the other matter at hand. As you well know, we are not supposed to attract attention to ourselves, unless necessary. However, Alexandria not only allowed men to enter the grounds of House Dimitrescu, she slaughtered each and every one of them, causing the villagers below to panic, and to now know what she is. In breaking the Law, which she was aware of, she has betrayed our trust, and caused me to question her loyalty to the four Houses. Normally, the punishment for this is death, but you have all pleaded to me on her behalf, and so, I have decided that she is to suffer the same ordeal as the mortal. She will be entrusted to Heisenberg, to do with as he sees fit, and should she encounter any of the rest of you, I trust that you will treat her as an outsider as well, and act accordingly. In this way, she has a slim chance of surviving, just as the mortal does, but I will not allow traitors to be in our midst. Let her be an example to all of you, do not disobey me."

I saw Alcina visibly flinch, but she hid it well, and replied, "As you wish, Mother Miranda. It shall be done.." The other three agreed as well, and Donna gave me a sympathetic look, her face not hidden behind her veil for once, and I could swear she had tears in her eyes, though with how sad and quiet she always was, that may have been for other reasons. I felt something stir inside of me, and glared at Mother Miranda, before spitting out, "I am the traitor?! You are an ungrateful, selfish, prideful bitch! I have heard everyone in this room called a monster before, but you are the only monster I see before me! You have always wanted me gone, and despised me, thinking of me as nothing but trash, but at least I care about other people! You may be beautiful on the outside, but on the inside, you are an ugly, vile thing!" I saw fury flash in her eyes, but before she could say a word, Alcina was out of her seat, and lifted me up in the air by the throat, choking me hard enough to make a point. "How dare you speak to her that way, you filthy mongrel! Hold your tongue, or the Lycans may feast on it for their supper! You are lower than the mortals you so desperately despise, and though you are no longer a mortal, you shall always remain an outsider!"

With that, she dropped me, and I coughed and gasped for air, my throat on fire, and felt something inside of me break. I felt like it was my heart, never having expected Alcina to ever treat me that way, let alone hurt me, but there was no remorse in her face, only a slight smirk, as she saw the tears in my eyes. The mortal beside me muttered, "You sick fucks! Torturing your own people! You're just one big, fucked up family, aren't you?" I felt my body shaking, and had never once felt the anguish that I felt then in my entire life, no matter what had been done to me. My new family was going to hunt me like a rabid dog, alongside the mortal man, and kill me if they could, like some twisted version of hide and seek, and that made me terrified, for I well knew what they were all capable of. I saw Lycans watching from the shadows, and all around the room, snarling and growling, as they awaited their order to attack from Heisenberg, who, though smiling in enjoyment, glanced at me with a sad look in his eyes, as if he were both happy and regretful that he had to attack me.
