My eyes lit up and watered slightly.
"Yes!" I giggled. Matt scooped me into his arms and held me tight for a long time. The breeze was blowing slightly and it felt like a scene in a romantic movie.
In the distance I could see San Fransisco. A few planes flew over head and I felt Matt kiss my forehead and I giggled like a little schoolgirl.
Finally he had asked me. Earlier he had told me that when we got to San Fransisco we would settle down a bit and get a hotel. I was so happy. Happier than I had been in a long time.
"Matt. I'm ready. "
"ready for what baby girl?"
"I want to throw out the blades. I'm ready to be happy."
