A/N Hallo Humans! This isn't a mortals meet (sorry) but as per request of a comment, this is a genderbend Percabeth oneshot. The reason I'm not doing a meet Percabeth for this is because I've never really written genderbend before so I'm keeping it small for now. Also, I know somebody requested this, but I can't remember who and I can't find their comment, so if that was you, please tell me so I can credit you. Lastly, like I said, I've never written anything like this, so sorry if it's terrible. Perci=Percy Andrew=Annabeth

Andrew pov

It's almost the end of summer at Camp Half-blood. Perci's leaving to go home in week, and I'm going back to Dad's house. We played Capture the Flag again yesterday, and Perci and I were on the same team. Obviously, we won.

I'm lying on the top of the climbing wall with a book. I loved coming up here to read, the view is incredible. My book is about architecture in the ancient societies - it's really good! Of course, I have to be careful bringing books up the climbing wall, but I manage. I hear panting behind me, and roll over to see Perci standing behind me, her shirt scorched. My eyebrows shoot up. "Perci, you shirt is on fire!"

She looks down. "Oh. Whoops." She douses it with water, and then comes comes to sit next to me as I close my book and sit up.

"Seaweed Brain."

"And yet you still love me!"

I don't respond but simply grin and wrap my arm around her shoulder. We sit and talk idly for a while. When it's time for supper, I glance over at Perci, who has a mischievous look in her eye. "Hey, Andrew."

I look at her suspiciously. "Yes...?"

"You know when I fell from the St. Louis Arch?" She asks as I nod. "Well, that was about the same hight as this cliff."

I don't like where this is going. "Perc-"

"No, no, hear me out," I fall silent. "Well, I survived that fall easily, right? And that was a river, not the ocean. And we to get to dinner quickly or Mr. D. will start threatening to turn me into a dolphin. So, why don't we just jump? I can protect us with my powers!"

I immediately start shaking my head. "No, Perci, I'm not doing that." But then she starts giving me her baby seal eyes.

"Pleeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaase. It's not like we're going to die, we'll be perfectly fine!"

I wish I could say I stood firm, but I didn't. "Okay, fine. But this ruins my book, so help me Perci-"

"Okay, I get it!" She wraps her arms around me and and then we're falling. I'm just glad it wasn't dark - I don't think I could have held off the flashbacks.

Before I know it, we're plunging into the ice cold water. Perci forms a bubble around us, just like the time the other's dumped us in the lake. Obviously, we have to keep up tradition, so I move closer to Perci, and we kiss. Half of Perci's argument for jumping was that we couldn't be late for dinner, but we were anyway.

A/N That was so short. Sorry. I'll make the next one longer. Anyway, I'm not used to this style of writing, so hopefully that didn't completely suck. Also, I'm doing a meet Solangelo next time. 🙃
