Later on Saturday evening, it was time for the school dance. Clare looked stun ning in a white satin dress with gold hoop earnings and black high heels. When Elizabeth and Clare arrived at the school, Troy took Clare's hand and led her to the dance floor.
Elizabeth watched out of jealousy. She was upset that she had to let her friend go. She watched as Clare danced with Troy. She was happy. She never imagined that someone like Toy could make her so happy.
Later, it was time to announce the winners of the homecoming kind and queen contest. The winners were Clare and Troy. They were so happy Elizabeth and her boyfriend Jeff were so Jealous.
After the dance, it was time to go home,. Elizabeth didn't talk to Clare for the rest of the night. Her anger got the best of her. She didn't want to say something that she would regret.
