At age 6, Clare and her grandparents went to a banquet. Clare was so excited. She had never imagined that she would be going to such a formal event. People were all having a good time. Nothing meant more to Clare than knowing that she had caring grandparents.
The ceremony was over within an hour. Now it was time to have the party. Clare went out onto the dance floor. She danced with some of the children. She was overwhelmed with happiness. Soon, she went back to the snack table and grabbed a huge plate of vegetables and cheese.
