With confusion, sadness, anger, and heart break running through my system, I got really hot suddenly. Jason came in and sat far away from me with food for himself shortly after leaving. He didn't look at me. Well I'm hungry too, why didn't you bring me food? I thought, but then I got seriously hot. I threw his jacket too him and he didn't look up, so I threw his shirt to him too. I was super hot and put my face in the sand before arching my back and trying to cool down some how. "Naomi are you okay?"
"Not now ahole!" I said, before plopping back onto my back and lifting my shirt halfway. When he saw the slices and realised what they were for, he looked away from me and I felt ashamed. I may not have wrote them, but I thought the same thing. "I've gotta get out of here." I mumbled, before sprinting out of the home and into the water. Jason ran after me, and many people watched as I sat in the shallow waters.
"Naomi, what are you doing? Get out of the water." He said, and I stood my place.
"No, I'm super hot and would like to cool off. So go back inside, and mind your own business." He went back in, and Mina ran down to me.
"Are you okay?" She asked, and I nodded.
"I'm just really hot, which usually means that a flu is going away." I said, and she nodded before running back up to help everyone. After about an hour or two, I got up and headed over to everyone. I was amazed at how much they had gotten done and smiled, they all seemed very happy to see me smiling at it. "It looks awesome you guys! What's next to make?"
"The infirmary." Smiled Chelsea (called up to bus with Naomi), and I nodded to her.
"We should make a middle room between the home and the infirmary so that the two are connecting, but not in the same room. That way we don't have to worry about not knowing who goes in and out of the infirmary while keeping them distant, so their flu doesn't spread." Everyone cheered and I smiled, grabbing wood and beginning to build. They all watched me, and I frowned. "Am I going to build this whole thing myself?" I asked, and they all shook their heads. "It's not viral and I feel much better, as you saw I can run." They all thought about it and nodded, but Ricky came over.
"I really think you should rest." He sighed as he stopped beside me.
"You spend twenty four hours in a row, maybe more with Jason and you let me know if you would still want to go into the home."
He thought about it, and shook his head. "Welcome back." I laughed and began to work as everyone else did. By night fall, we just needed to make the roof.
"I'm going to stay up late and finish, who's in?" They all cheered and we built the roof, connecting the seaweed and having four people climb again. This time it was Matt, Ricky, Peter, and I who had climbed, and I was the furthest out again. Once the roof was on, Peter followed me down the tree, and we had almost gotten all the way down. I heard a twig start to snap, and Peter called my name in a very scared voice.
The branch he was standing on was breaking, and no others ones were nearby. "Climb down faster!" I called, and we climbed down faster. I still had the sea weed tied around my waste, and he did too. By the time his hand touched the branch, it broke off and he yelled as he fell, but I jumped out to hold him.
"Naomi no!" Yelled Ricky, which caused stubborn and mean old Jason to come out. Kole covered Mina's eyes as Peter and I started to fly down.
"Grab the seaweed!" I told Peter, and we both grabbed the seaweed as we fell. It slowed us down a bit, and we fell to the flor with a thud. "Peter!" I called, as I shot up and looked at him. He groaned, and tried to push himself up with his foot but yelled in pain. "Go get me two sticks that are wide!" I yelled, and Tiffany ran to do so. My hands burnt, but I refused to look at them until I fixed Peters leg.
