I was carried into the infirmary and everyone huddled around in fear at my bleeding leg. The shark wasn't big enough to bite my entire leg but my calf was bleeding and I couldn't stop crying from the pain I was in. It didn't feel like the shark bit down as hard as it should have but yet again I've never been bit by a shark so what would I know about how hard they bite?

Liz ran over to me and I shook my head. "Bring the chest in here before they get it!" I managed to yell out to her and she realised what i meant quickly before running out to get the chest. Jason sat behind me with me leaning back against him and my leg out for them to clean. Liz came in with the chest along with help from the boys and laid it behind me before Jason grabbed her arm. "Hold her for me!" He said and she nodded while they switched spots and he quickly sat next to my leg and began to clean it and kept apologising when I cried out in pain.

Liz handed me a stick and I bit down hard on it as Jason started to heat up the blade. Amanda watched in horror at the scene while others held down my legs to help keep me still for Jason. When it was done, my leg was wrapped and Jason came back behind me. The pain hurt so much and it felt like I was burning. Liz brought the chest over to me and unlocked it for us to see what was inside. Jason sat me up and apologised when I winced out loud at the movement of my leg. Everyone sat anxiously waiting for me to show them what we got from this mysterical chest we got from the mini island.

At first it was lovely, it was filled to the top with cloth starting with the number twenty. I pulled it out and it was a cloth hoodie with a hood. Cheers went up and the pain didn't seem so bad since my attention was now on this happy moment. I started laying down the hoodies and for some reason no one grabbed any. All eyes stayed on the chest that was now almost completely empty. I pulled out a map and a compass along with some more balnk papers and flashlights. When I pulled out a box of crackers, I smiled with everyone else at the pleasure we hadn't had in what felt like ages.

There was necklaces with numbers up to twenty as well and I laid them next to the hoodies. The last thing there was, was more medical supplies and I cheered myself for that. When it was empty, Matt moved the chest to the side and sat back down in his seat. All was silent and I sat up a bit with Jason's help, I was still upset but I needed him. I needed to see him, feel him, just be with him at that moment. He had his arms wrapped around me and I laid my head on his arm while trying to keep my mind off of the pain.

He kissed the top of my head and I waited for everyone to take what they wanted. When no one moved, Amanda slowly reached for one of the hoodies but Crystal smacked her hand and pulled her back. I looked up confusedly at them and then finally, Ricky walked up to the hoodies. He grabbed the hoodie that had a number one on it and grabbed the necklace as well. He walked behind me and I shrugged while I waited for the others to grab the other numbers. I looked around and waited until I felt something being put over my head and flinching. "Easy there shark Sleigher." Laughed Ricky as a necklace flopped down in front of me and I saw the number one on the necklace. He handed the now folded hoodie into my lap and everyone cheered as I looked around.

"You have been leading us since we first encountered each other on this island and through the odd struggle that seems to be mainly pointed at you, you've never given up and we, well I love and am thankful for all that you've done. You are our leader and there for you are number one" I gave a small smile and nod to Ricky for his speech and then to everyone else as everyone began to wait for their numbers come out. Jason was given number two, Ricky number three, Matt number four, Liz number five, Pete number six, Tiffany number seven,

Mina number eight, Kole number nine, Crystal number ten, Randy eleven, Claire twelve, a couple of the guards and students, Aña nineteen, and Amanda got number twenty, though I still didn't like her. Everyone was happy with their new items and went outside to make dinner. Liz and Matt went to their spots and he stayed with her while she slept or they did whatever and I stayed in the infirmary.
