When I woke up, an idea struck me and I ran out of the home, careful not to step or wake anyone up. I patted down sand and grabbed a stick as I looked at our meat holder, and thought about what I had been picturing in my head. I started to draw them into the sand that I had pat down, outlining the area I was using to draw with stones so no one would step on it. I was almost done drawling when I heard movement in the home and froze. Jason appeared in the doorway with sleepy eyes. He kind of looks cute when he's sleepy looking I thought to myself, but quickly shook that comment out of my mind and raised an eyebrow as to why he was starring at me.

Eventually (a couple seconds later) I went back to drawling before I forgot about what I had imagined in my head. A couple minutes later, he came down and looked down at what I was drawling. "What on Earth are you doing Naomi?" He yawned, and I laughed at how tired he was. I was feeling a bit tired myself.

"We need a meat storage house, no more wrapping it in our panchos." I said, and continued to drawl. I was almost finished when he snapped his fingers in front of my face. I jumped and looked up at him annoyed. "Did you hear a thing I just said?" He asked, and I looked at him like he was ridiculous. "Duh, you asked me what I was doing." I said, and this time he raised his eyebrows.

"Naomi, I said that ten minutes ago. I was talking to you and kept calling you by name so when you didn't answer, I snapped in your face." I was shocked when he said that, and I had been getting a bit more tired. "Do you even know what time it is?" Hs asked, and I rolled my eyes.

"Of course not, I don't have a watch." I said, and he pointed to the sky to proove a point. The sun had only just begun to rise, why in the world was I up so early? "I think your partially sleep walking, or sleep working." He laughed lightly and I nodded my head, maybe he was right. "Go back to sleep, I'll be in ina few. I just need to finish this drawling." I said, and he nodded and headed back inside. I had been getting even more tired the second I finished the drawling.

I'll just get some wood for them to use before I go to sleep so they don't have to worry about getting it, and I'll mark in the ground how big it should be. I thought before grabbing wood and marking the spot.

Jason's POV:

I had first came out when I felt the empty space near me and woke up to see who was missing. When I saw Naomi was missing, I panicked and thought that someone had taken her. Possibly the person who put the rose on her back I presumed. I came back in about twenty minutes ago, she should be back in her by now. I decided to make her come inside whether she wanted to or not, because we have a hunt tomorrow. When I got outside of the tent, I didn't see her where her drawling was. My heart began to beat faster. "Naomi?" I said, and got no response. I got out and started looking for her when I noticed her figure lying on the ground, and ran over.

I thought she had been attacked again, but then I saw her hands and smirked. She had dug in four holes for whoever she wanted to build this meat shack to know how long and wide to build it. The only problem, was that she had dug four holes and only three holes had a stick in them. Her hair covered her face, but her hands were covered in sand and half grasping sand to have dug out. So I laughed and as much as I would regret it, I turned on my phone that my father left me and took a picture of her sleeping in the sand. She looked too cute to have fallen asleep digging, like a student who stood up too late the night before a test. I then turned off my phone, rehid it, and nudged her with my boot.

She groaned, and curled up in a ball. She sleeps so cute. I thought, but shook away the feeling about her and got my act together by nudging her again. "Mom, five more minutes." She groaned again and turned the other direction.

"You're lucky you're you." I grumbled before picking her up and carrying her back to the hut. She moved a lot in my arms, but once her head was snugged into my neck and her hands my chest, she was still and out like a light. Once back inside, I laid her down on her spot and went back to mine to get some more sleep before we had to get up and hunt.
