Jason's POV:

I woke up to see Naomi laying next to me with her arm resting on my chest and her leg tangled on mine. The blanket must have slipped off of her because it drapped only over her side and exposed the rest of her body. I wasn't sure if she was cold without the blankets but it was very early in the morning and I didn't want to wake her. I smirked down upon her innocent face but then frowned at reality and her current life she lived.

This was all my fault and I put her in a cage when I first met her. All of the wrong I have done just seemed to be pouring down on me the longer I am with her and I feel ashamed of myself for everything I've done. I slowly moved and sat on the end of the bed to get myself out of eye sight of her because I don't think clearly around her. We had to let Reed know last night that we would be leaving and he didn't ask for anything in return out of respect for Tiffany and Peter's lives.

I wasn't really sure what we were supposed to do on this island but I knew for sure that it didn't involve getting Naomi involved in action. It could only have been four or five in the morning but I found that Matt had been up just as I had been. "What are we doing?" He asked and I shrugged. "I suppose we get to land and search for the group, then-" "No I mean what are we doing?? We used to be tough guards and yes we weren't doing the right thing but we never got our ass's handed to us.

We didn't care what girl we banged they were just another body to the count but now we are wrapped around their fingers and if anything were to happen to either of them I." I had never seen Matt so confused and emotional, it was funny but concerning. "I think I'm in love with Liz and Naomi has grown onto me like a sister, though I have five she seems the closest. I can't loose them, and they follow each other so theirs no saving one over the other. These men are after Naomi for whatever reason which puts her in danger, and Liz will try to save her which puts her in danger."

He looked over at me for advice but I stood speechless at his out burst. I always saw him as rock solid , he never showed emotion to me before. "Whatever but just know that she said she's leaving with or without you, her mind is set." And with that he walked back into his room to pack his things and get Liz up. I sighed and thought things over before heading inside for myself. Am I doing the right thing?

I sat back on the end of the bed and rested my face in my hands before jumping at a hand being laid on my shoulder. I looked back to see Naomi giving me a reassuring smirk as though she read my mind. I held her hand that rested on my shoulder and gave it a gentle squeeze before standing up to pack my things.

Naomi's POV:

I could tell that Jason was worried and I don't blame him, I don't know where to start either. Ever since Reed thought he was the leader he seemed to be taking charge more and acting like he was in charge and I didn't want to burst his bubble by reminding him that I was in charge. Reed had the coordinates of where we were dropped off so I'm starring by getting back to my people and going from there. I figure we can board everyone onto Reed's ship and sail home, we just need to avoid the people after me.

I caught Jason staring at me as I got dressed and rolled my eyed and smirked. "What you looking at perv." I joked and he tried to quickly look away but ended up smacking his face into the wall. I laughed at him as he left and Liz came in just as I packed up the last of my things and put on the bag Reed gave me. "What's the plan captain?" She asked "Yeah." Added Matt as he walked in and put his bag down but mouthed to Liz if it was safe to sit. "We didn't freaking do anything gosh! Just sit down." I said and Liz laughed her head off while Matt sat down slowly.

"I figure that we collect the crew and then Reed can sail us home." But Matt started laughing and shook his head no. "Its not going to be that simple, Reed is an illegal fisherman so he won't just sail us home and risk exposure. Even if he wanted to he couldn't, those people after us will see his boat heading home and know we have everyone plus you, and sink the ship." He said and I groaned before putting my bag down myself.
