"I'll be fine", Esther said for the umpteenth time.

Elias' hands were on her hips as he stared down at her.

She wrapped her arms around his neck.

"You're making me wear a maxi dress and no make up. I look like a maid".

"Yuh still look beautiful. More beautiful without the make up and the dress ain't hiding yuh assets", he scrunched his nose up as he said the last sentence.

Esther sighed.

"I'm going now".

She pushed his head down gently and kissed him.

Elias grabbed her ass and began to kiss her neck.

"Eli stooop. Elias".

She pushed him away and he groaned.

"Bye", she said and walked away.

Esther got into the backseat of the car as Elias' personal driver and bodyguard drove her to the restaurant.

When she got there, she walked inside the restaurant holding the dress in her hands.

The driver followed closely behind.

She sighted El Paso immediately and went to sit opposite him.

"You are not allowed to bring anyone", he said.

"No one said anything about that".

Before he could reply, the waiter came with the menu.

"Bonsoir. Qu'est-ce que je vous sers?".

Good evening, what can I get you?.

"Parle tu anglais?", Esther asked.

"Oui. I mean yes", the waiter replied.

"Oh good. I would like us to communicate in English from now on", she said.

"Yes ma'am. What would would like to have?", he asked, looking from El Paso to Esther and back.

"Ladies first", El Paso smiled.

Esther gladly collected the menu from the waiter.

"For appetizer, I would like uhm croque monsieur. Actually no, I want the croque madame. Main course-", Esther clicked her tongue as she scanned the menu, the waiter already writing down her order.

Croque Monsieur is a gourmet fare comprising mainly of humble cheese and ham toastie while the Croque Madame comprises of cheese and ham but with added poached or fried egg.

"For main course meal, the onion soup with chicken confit and some white wine. And oh, hazelnut dacquoise for dessert".

"And for you, mons-", the waiter began, turning to El Paso.

"I'll have the same. Croque monsieur for me though".

The waiter bowed and walked away.

Soon, he arrived with the appetizer.

"Why did you ask to speak in English if you understood french?", he asked.

"I'm not really fluent".

"So Esther Bells, it's my pleasure to finally meet you".

"The pleasure is definitely all yours", she muttered.

El Paso grinned.

"Why?", he asked.

The waiter appeared again and served the meals, pouring the wine into glass cups.
