Epilogue

Your POV,

It was finally exam week, all the students are busy pushing their faces into their books. You and Jeongwoo became closer after what happened and you were happy about the progress. Currently, the two of you are sitting at the school's garden. You are sitting on the ground, your back leaning on the tree's trunk with a reviewer on your hand and Jeongwoo is laying down while his head is resting on your thighs as he listened to every word that left your lips. You ignored his intense stare as you tried to familiarize all the words and meanings listen on that paper.

Despite your classmates mistaking the both of you as a couple, you always corrected them that the two of you are only bestfriends because you chose to study first. They would only laugh it out because the actual reason is that Jeongwoo still hasn't made a move yet. You being the overthinker that you are, wondered when Jeongwoo would ask you out to be his girlfriend. You were new to all these romance because all your life, you were focused on studying and maybe your eyes were only set on one specific boy who resembled a baby wolf. You heard him hum a tune which almost lulled you to sleep "Is ms. Intelligent feeling sleepy from reviewing? That's new." he said with a laugh

You fought the urge to playfully punch him and laughed along instead "Your voice is beautiful and I feel like sleeping." you said and slipped the reviewer between the page of the book beside you. You brushed his soft hair with your fingers while staring far away. He grinned and took your hands in his, intertwining your fingers as he used his other hand to tilt your chin downwards, making you look back at his loving gaze "(your name). I know this is too sudden but, can I court you?" he asked with a sincere voice, his face showing determination as he awaited for your answer. You were surprised because it was asked out of nowhere but instead, a chuckle left your lips as you playfully pinched his cheeks with your free hand "Do you even have to ask, Park Jeongwoo?"

He was about to smile when you changed your mind and decided to joke "Of course, you can't." his smile faded and was replaced with a hurt expression. You pulled your hand away and grabbed your book before slowly standing up, leaving him sitting there looking like a kicked puppy. You giggled and croached down to his level, lifting his chin and kissing his cheek "I'm just kidding. It's okay as long as it's you." He pouted and acted as if he was mad even though the twitching of his lips was too obvious "Come on, stop sulking. Let's stay at the library because the sun's too hot." you said while standing up and walking away

"You should treat me ice cream before I forgive you."
