~Monday~

It's finally Monday! I woke up super excited to go to work, hopped in the shower while I sang UGH!, washed my face and got ready for my first day at HYBE. I don't exactly know what my job is... The only thing I know for sure is that I'll be working in the office spaces and that my main goal is to help make the Learn Korean with BTS books easier for foreigners to understand –not that my Korean is fluent tho. I am hoping and praying I don't get lost. Ms. Lee has explained to me many times which bus line I should take.

I took the bus to Seoul while jamming to Telepathy. I didn't even realized I had arrived to my stop already. I got off the bus and made my way to the new building that is not open to the public just yet. Naver Map has been a life savior. I am so glad that Seoul has almost everything in English because my Korean is not there yet

New Message

Me:

Hi Ms. Lee! I'm at the bus stop, I think I'm here but I don't see the entrance.

Ms. Lee:

Hi! Let me walk with you. I'll be there in a sec

While I waited for Ms. Lee, I saw three black SUVs on the street enter the underground parking lot entrance around the corner of the building. Breathe, Maia, Breathe! It doesn't mean that they are in those cars... anyone could drive those cars I whispered to myself while my eyes were closed. As I opened my eyes, I saw a woman waving at me from the corner of the building. It was Lee Ji-Na, she was gesturing me to walk that way since the main entrance was still under construction.

"Hi! Nice to see you again. Come in, Maia-ssi. The building is almost done, but we've been settling in for three weeks now. Artists and producers have been using the facilities, especially the gym and the eating areas a lot lately." Ms. Lee explained this as we walked together towards the parking entrance.
