Off to y/n since potions. It was a few days later, she sat in the great hall, it was lunch, and students were strewn around the great hall. Lunch was the one meal they could sit with whomever they wanted no matter their house, so naturally Charlie sat with the girl's.

"Hello, Charlie...and Charlie's...angels..." Avery says with a grin. Y/n rolls her eyes with a smile, as her head pressed against Charlie's shoulder. Charlie chuckled, pressing a kiss against her forehead.

"Hey, Lo did you hear?" Narcissa asked, pushing her black frizzy curls out of her face. Y/n hummed in response.

"Hogwarts is having a spring ball!" Marina said with a smile.

"Wait...really?"

"I'm sure it was all Minnie's doing but yes." Marina joked. Y/n smirked. Charlie tapped y/n's shoulders shyly.

"Want to go, hm?" Charlie whispered. Y/n looked over at him, a smile forming on her face. Well that wasn't romantic at all.

"Of course." She mumbled in response, warning a soft kiss from Charlie in return. Tom ignored the muffled voices they conversed around him as he watched the pair embrace. Vienna rambled to Antonin about random nothings. They sat a few feet down from the pair at the same slytherin table.

"Tom...did you hear what we said?" Vienna asked, setting a hand on his shoulder. Tom immediately brushed it off of him.

"No."

"Well we figured we should begin meeting in the room of requirements-"

"I decide if and where we shall meet. Not you." Tom snapped. The group of students hadn't met yet, but had since signed their names on the scroll of parchment. Tom's plans were falling inline just like he'd planned, but y/n wasn't there to see it.

An owl cruised above them, catching their attention as it dropped a small envelope in front of y/n. Tom's attention was transferred.

To: y/n

From: Maria De Lune

Her breath came to a stop. Her mother had never sent her mail before. But that wasn't what worried her, it was what had happened last time she'd seen her mother, that worried her.

"I'll be back..." she muttered, standing and beginning her way to her dorm, opening the envelope as she walked. Narcissa gave Marina a worried look as they noticed that Tom had immediately stood to follow.

"Well that's going to be interesting..." Marina whispered. Charlie's brows furrowed in utter obliviousness.

"What?" He asked. Narcissa smirked.

"Nothing."

Dear y/n,

I am letting ana go. I spotted her with 500 pound. I suspected she stole it. I'm letting you know because you are close to her. She should know thieves will get the boot eventually.

And as for you, I have a special boot with your name on it just for you. Mrs. Malfoy asked why you had a bruise, and I swear y/n De lune if you told anyone about what you made me do, the boot will find it's way to you before you can say fille stupide. You are truly a disgrace to our name, and if you think you're going to your 7th year of hovers you're sadly mistaken. I'm sending you to boarding school.

Sincerely, Maria de lune.

Y/n shuttered as she reread the letter. She didn't care about boarding school or the stupid shoe, she cared about Ana. Her heart sank, as tears prickled her cheeks. She ran to her dorm, bit even bothering to close the door as she sobbed into her hands. Why did her father have to die? Couldn't it have been her mother? She threw the letter on the ground, utter anger surged through her like lightening. Tom watched from the open doorway.

"Y/n?" She said nothing, walking towards the door. Tom's hand instantly grabbed her wrist.

"S-stop." She sobbed.

"No. I cant watch you walk away anymore...watch you walk away and get your heart broken i-"

"Then stop breaking it!" She screamed, pulling her wrist away from Tom, sprinting out of the room before he could regrasp onto her figuire. Tom paused, placing his face into his hands with a sharp breath. His eyes fell on the letter that was placed on the desk

He slowly walked towards the desk, picking up the letter. His eyes skimmed over it, anger coursing through his veins. It was apparent the situation at hand. She needed him. She needed him to protect her. Just what he had promised her father to do.

And no matter how much blood shall be shed, he would do it.
