Vengeance

Third Person POV

It was the middle of the night. (Y/N) was knelt down next to a campfire with his hands tied behind his back. Three men stood in front of him. Two goons and his ex-partner Roman Torchwick.

Roman: "Real sorry you got twisted up in this (Y/N)." He held in one hand a revolver and his other hand a microchip. "Thanks for the chip though. Gonna sell it for millions."

(Y/N): "I should have never trusted you." Roman pocketed the microchip and pointed the gun at (Y/N).

Roman: "Truth is, the game was rigged from the start."

Bang!!

Timeskip - 2 Weeks

(Y/N)'s POV

My eyes opened to a leather like ceiling. I slowly sat up and rubbed my head. I could feel some sort of cloth wrapped around it.

???: "Finally awake huh?" My head turned to the right and saw a man sitting in a chair. "Thought you were a goner for sure."

(Y/N): "The fuck happened?"

???: "We found you in a shallow grave just over the hills. Had a bullet hole in your head and barely breathing." He walked up to me and handed me some pills. "Hope you don't mind, but I had to route around your head to pull out the bits of lead."

(Y/N): "Who are you?" I put the pills in my mouth and swallowed.

Doc: "You can call me Doc." He motioned me forward and I slowly got out of the bed. "You best go talk to our leader. She's in the central cabin of the camp."

I nodded my head and exited the tent. People walked around the camp either moving stuff or training. My feet carried me to the cabin and I entered it. A woman sat on a small throne inside.

???: "You must be the one Doc was healing up."

(Y/N): "And you must be the leader of this place."

Raven: "Raven Branwan. This is the Branwan Tribe."

(Y/N): "I appreciate the rescue, but I think it's time for me to get out of here."

Raven: "A score to settle or do you want to retrieve something?"

(Y/N): "How the-"

Raven: "I know many things (Y/N). I have spies all around Remnant and leads from the darkest parts of the world." She got up from her throne and walked towards me. "You stole a microchip with sensitive information and got backstabbed."

(Y/N): "What's your game Raven?"

Raven: "I want the microchip and in exchange I'll help you with your revenge."

(Y/N): "How can I trust you?"

Raven: "You can't, but what other option do you have?" She extended her hand which I reluctantly shook. "Welcome to the tribe."

Timeskip - 3 Months

Through the months I've been put through rigorous and harsh training. Raven said this training would prepare me for when I would face Roman. It was hellish and brutal but worth it. My body was fit and I could feel power coursing through my body.

Raven: "(Y/N)."

(Y/N): "Raven."

Raven: "Head to the forge. It's time to get your finished equipment and head out."

(Y/N): "Understood."

I walked out of the central cabin and made my way to the forge. When I got the I was greeted by Jason the forge master.

Jason: "Here for you equipment I presume?" I nodded my head and he walked to the back. He returned shortly afterwards with my gear. "Took me a while to make the helmet but I managed."

He laid on the table a red helmet, bulletproof leather clothing, and twin pistols. I examined the helmet and found a button on the side of it. My finger pressed it and the front of the helmet opened up like a faceplate.

(Y/N): "You've outdone yourself Jason. Exactly what I wanted."

Jason: "Just make sure to put it to good use."

(Y/N): "It will."

Timeskip - 2 Month

Third Person POV

Within two months, (Y/N) had dismantled the criminal underground of Vale. He slowly took out each and every leader one by one. The only leader left was Roman.

Roman had become paranoid. He was the only one left and he didn't know why. It was only a matter of time thought. He paced back and forth in his office.

Roman: "He's coming for me." He had his revolver in his hand. "He's gotta be close."

Just then, the power to the building turned off. Roman jumped and looked around the somewhat dark room. The moon from the outside illuminated the office slightly.

???: "You're a dead man walking Roman."

Roman: "Who said that?!"

A dark figure burst through a nearby window. Glass littered the floor and the dark figure stood. It's red hood shined brightly due to the moonlight. Roman let off shots, but the figure easily dodged them.

The man got up close to Roman and disarmed him. He landed a hard punch to the face and grabbed his arm. He slammed it over his knee and a loud crunch emitted.

Roman: "AHHHHH!!"

Roman fell to the floor with a broken arm and blood running from his nose. He hurriedly crawled to a nearby corner and began to beg.

Roman: "I'll give you whatever you want."

???: "So pathetic. Begging for your life." The man slowly walked towards Roman and stood a foot away from him. "How low you've fallen."

Roman: "Who the fuck are you?!"

The man pressed the button on the side of his head and the faceplate opened. Roman's face paled when he saw who it was behind the mask. (Y/N) pulled out one of his pistols and aimed it at Roman.

(Y/N): "I am vengeance."

Bang!!

Timeskip - 4 Hours

(Y/N) walked up to the stairs to the central cabin and entered it with his helmet in hand. Raven sat upon her throne.

(Y/N): "It's done."

Raven: "And the chip?" He walked up to her and placed the microchip in her hand.

(Y/N): "I'll take my leave."

Raven: "Wait."

(Y/N): "Yes?"

Raven: "Why not stay the night here?" She got up from her throne and walked up to (Y/N). She placed her lips against his and roughly kissed him. His helmet dropped to the ground and he returned the kiss. They made their way into the nearby room and continued with their passionate actions.
