44 - Camp Time

All of us stared at the giant beast, wondering first what it was, and second what we should do about it.

"It's a dirt clod," I said, recognizing the earthy tones and textures of the creature. "Must be Pixie-Bob's quirk."

Just before the beast was about to claw Mineta's eyes out, Izuku rushed in and saved him from the blow. "Alright, let's take this thing down!" He said, charging up his quirk.

Shouto sent a wave of ice to the beast's feet in order to immobilize it, Katsuki and me jumping up and destroying each of its arms with our powers respectively, before Izuku took the final blow to the torso, blowing the beast to bits.

"Wow, you've guys took that thing down in seconds!" Sato praised.

"You really showed that thing who's boss." Kirishima said, walking over to Katsuki and me.

"We're not done yet." Katsuki growled, staring into the distant forest.

"He's right," I agreed, crouching down to the ground, sensing another presence. "This is just the beginning."

As if on que, a second beast, this one with wings sprouting from its back, sprang up into the air and began to circle us.

"What do we do now? Run?" Mina asked, looking up at the flying beats overhead.

"No," Yaoyorozu stated. "Our only choice is to cut through the woods!"

"I'm liking the sound of this!" I cheered starting to feel the adrenaline rush through my body. "Let's make sure to give these dirt wads a hard time!"

All of us starting using our quirks to determine if anymore were coming and where they were located. With the joint abilities of Shoji, Jirou, and myself, we counted seven beasts in total.

Sero, Kirishima, and Sato took the first one, taping it up and pummeling it with sheer force.
The second was beaten with Ojirou's tail, with assistance from Aoyama's navel laser.

A crying Mineta took his hand at the third, throwing balls at it and making it stick to the trees and ground around it.

"Denki, come help we out with this one why don't ya?" I said, already running towards the beast.

"You've got it! Mineta, get out of range!" The two of us ran up the beast's back, using our combined electricity to shock and ultimately destroy the creature.

"Now that's how you take down a dirt clod!" I cheered, giving Denki a high five, only to realize he had gone brain dead. "Um..you're okay, right?" And I took that thumbs up as a yes.

"Hey guys! We've got some more coming in!" Shoji called out to us all. Quickly jumping into action I flew over to the upcoming monster and punched it square in the face with a metal coated arm, sending it flying. "All yours Izuku!" The person in question jumped up in the, tailing the beast and sent it right back down to earth, crushing it with a single hit. "Nice work Deku~" I said, using his hero/nickname for I think the first time.

"Oh be quiet." He laughed, gently pushing my shoulder.

"Hey [F/N]! Could use some fire power right now!" Mina called out.

"On it!" Running in her direction I watched as Mina used her acid to melt off part of the beast's legs, causing it stumble over. "Get burnt bitch!" One big wave of golden flames was sent over the creature, singeing it and turning it to ash.

"I thought you were Bakugo for a second there." Mina chuckled, jogging over to me.

"Has he had that much of an affect of me?"

"Guys! We've got more!"

And that went on for a long, long time....

...
