3rd Person POV

UA closed the doors of the school the day after the USJ was attacked. Both to give the students and teachers involved time to recover and to reinforce security.

It was a fairly nice morning. There was a slight breeze and it was cool enough out that you could wear a hoodie without wanting to take it off in a few minutes. And to a certain frog girl, it was a perfect day. Tsu decided she would go by the lake, one of her favorite places to relax. She threw on a brown sweater and some jeans and headed out the door, saying bye to her parents and siblings.

Tsu looked out over the town that surrounded her, taking in the sights and sounds. As she neared the forest, where the pond was, the busy sounds of the city faded away. Tsu continued to walk into the forest. The pond was towards the center of it. She listened to the new sounds of the birds and leaves rustling in the wind when she heard something particularly beautiful.

"Is that...[F/N]?"

Tsu's POV

What is [F/N] doing here, ribbit? I continued to listen to her voice. It was so beautiful. The forest grew quiet, as if every living creature stopped to listen to the beautiful music that was [F/N]'s voice. She seemed to be doing some sort of dance as well. It was so natural, like she'd been doing the exact dance her whole life. The water of the pond danced with her as she moved, perfectly in sync with every movement she made.

I continued to watch and listen, taking a seat upon the forest's soft green ground. I didn't know [F/N] could dance and sing so beautifully. The thought of recording it crossed my mind but I liked the thought of being the only one who knew about this hidden talent. And that would be an invasion of her privacy. I watched as [F/N] danced around the pond, as graceful as a swan. And when it, sadly, came to end, I clapped. That's when she finally noticed I was sitting there.

[F/N]'s POV

The sound of clapping and cheering startled me, almost making me fall into the pond I was beside. I looked over to where the sound had come from to see Tsu, clapping and jumping up and down. "Tsu! What are you doing here?" I called over to the smiling frog girl.

"Ribbit. Since it was such a beautiful day I decided to come here, but I didn't expect anyone else to be here. By the way, you have a beautiful voice [F/N]." Tsu complimented. I blushed and rubbed the back of my neck with a goofy smile.

"Thank you Tsu! I didn't expect anyone to be here either." A thought popped into me head. "Hey! Wanna hang here today? It'd be nice to spend he day with someone else."

"Y-yes of course! That sounds fun, ribbit!" So that's exactly what we did.

Most people would get bored pretty quickly hanging around a pond. But since Tsu and I both have a strong connection to water, we had tons of fun. The pond was pretty large so we were able to do a lot in it. I've been going to this pond since I was two years old. My birth parents would take me almost every weekend, even if it was winter. It felt really nice to share this special place with someone else.

"Hey [F/N]." Tsu and I were both currently sitting at the bank of the pond, feet dangling into the water.

"Yeah?"

"Where did you learn that dance you were doing earlier? It looked like you've been doing it for years. It was really pretty." A sad smile spread across my lips as I remembered who had taught me the dance.

"My mom taught it to me when I was really young. It's called Water Lily. And if you think me doing it was pretty, you should've seen her do it. It was absolutely stunning. And her voice was something an angel would sing."

"Wow [F/N], your mom sounds amazing." Tsu said laying onto the ground.

"Yeah, she was pretty amazing."

Tsu immediately shot back up. "Oh [F/N], I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have said anythi-"

"No Tsu, its fine."

"...what happened to her?"

I hesitated before saying anything but I trusted Tsu. And besides, it would be nice to share with someone. "When I was four years old...both of my parents were killed by a villain that broke into my house when I was out." I felt tears starting to build up in my eyes but I kept going. "I ended up killing the man without meaning to, but ever since that day, its been my goal to protect the people I care about. Even if that means me dying in the process." I was now full on crying. Tsu had stayed quiet the whole time so I didn't know what she was thinking. But I was soon enveloped into a hug.

I wrapped my arms around Tsu's back and cried onto her shoulder. It was still hard to talk about, but I didn't realize I'd get so emotional. Neither of us said a word. The only sound heard was my cries. After a few more minutes, my cries turned into sniffles, and those to mere shaky breaths.

"I-I'm sorry T-Tsu." I stuttered pulling back from the hug.

"Don't be [F/N], ribbit. You have every right to be upset." I nodded and stood up, Tsu doing the same. "You wanna get something to eat? I'm getting kind of hungry."

"Yeah," I wiped the remaining tears from my eyes. "Yeah, lets go."

The two of us left the forest, not before I dried both of our soaking clothes, and headed back into town. We stopped by a cute little café we both liked and got some lunch. We talked about everything from school to hobbies. It was relaxing. I hadn't known Tsu for very long so this was really great for me.

"I'll pay for the both of us." Tsu said once we had both finished.

"Tsu don't worry I have money. You don't have to pay for me." I said shaking my hands in front of me. She merely shook her head.

"I insist. I'm the one who brought up the idea of lunch." I sighed, but gave in. Tsu payed our bill and we left the café. I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and pulled it out.

"Crap!"

"What is it?"

"I forgot Mina asked Kirishima and me to help move some stuff around her house. I'm super sorry to cut our hangout short Tsu but I've gotta go. I'll see you at school though. Bye!"

"Bye [F/N], ribbit!" I ran off, looking back and waving at Tsu.

"Let's do this again! It was fun!" I couldn't hear what she said, but I'm pretty sure it was some variation of 'yes'. I smiled as I shot up into the air, thinking about every aspect of the this morning.

Tsu chapter! This was a pretty short one but it was pretty cute. I wasn't sure how to make Tsu act because she doesn't really get flustered or anything like that but I think it came out okay. Also...

I thinking about starting a new book! I'm not set on it or the plot yet but be looking out for it in the future!

Until next time!
