"I'm so glad that we still get to go to the training camp! Even if we didn't pass our exams." Mina cheered as the two of us sat down at the "Bakusquad's" lunch table, with her on my left and Sero on my right.
"Yeah, but we still have to do the extra training and lessons while we're there." Sighed Kirishima from across the table.
"Hey, it's better than nothing right? You guys still get to come to the camp with the rest of us, so what's there really to be sad about?" I added, eating from my rice bowl.
"Tch, you all are dumbasses," Katsuki grumbled. "Out of the six of us, only [F/N] and me were able to pass."
"Hey! I had a real close chance of passing!" Sero whined as a rebuttal to the ash blondes cold words.
"Dude, we all had a chance of passing, but you failed. There was no way the teachers were gonna pass you." Denki stated with a sly grin. Sero and Denki continued to argue as the rest of us (besides Katsuki) laughed at their pointless banter.
Back in the Classroom
"Looks like we'll be staying at the training camp for a whole week." Iida read off from one of the brochures Mr. Aizawa had passed out to everyone.
"I'm gonna need a bigger suitcase..." Izuku mumbled from beside me.
"Yeah me too, I need to pick up some other stuff for camp as well." I said, thinking about the preparations necessary for our trip.
"Hey guys!" Hagakure exclaimed, gaining all of our attention. "Since we're off tomorrow, how about we all get together at the mall to get stuff for camp?"
"That's a good idea! We've never hung out as a class before." Kaminari agreed.
"Let's do it!" Various people in the room cheered.
With the exception if Shouto who would be visiting his mother, and Katsuki who just couldn't be bothered to come along, everyone had decided to meet up tomorrow afternoon at the Kiyashi Ward Shopping Mall. I went home feeling very excited for the day to come.
As I laid in my bed, I couldn't help but think: 'Is there someone specific I want to spend my time with tomorrow? We'll be out for quite a while, so it'd be a perfect time to hang out with them.'
With this thought lingering in my mind, I drifted off to sleep, thinking of that special someone....
