Chapter 5

Cisco's pov:

"Barry."

"BARRY." I heard Caitlin yell.

"He is not responding." She said running over to him.

"I am so sorry." The girl he brought with him said.

"Hey it is okay it was an accident but can you tell us your name?" I asked her.

"Well my name is Allegra Garcia." She said.

"Well Allegra may I run some tests on you to see how we can help?" I asked and she nodded.

Joe's pov:

A few hours later

"How is he?" I asked, looking at Caitlin.

"He will be fine." she said walking away. As she was walking away she collapsed to the floor and I could she Iris behind her with a tranquilizer gun.

"Iris what the hell?" I asked but got no response.

"I am taking her to the pipeline. If anyone wants to try and stop me I will shoot you too." She said with this look of hatred in her eyes. We all stood there still in shock. After Iris got back we all went to wait for Barry to wake up. He woke up only a few minutes later..

"Where is Caitlin?" He asked looking around the med bay.

"She did this to you so I put her in the pipeline." Iris said with the biggest smile. Barry just looked at her anger written all over his face.

"WHAT NO IRIS YOU DID THIS. YOU THINK THAT MY WORLD REVOLVES AROUND YOU BUT IT DOESN'T." He yelled before speeding out and grabbing Caitlin.

Barry's pov:

After I sped out and Grabbed Caitlin I brought her to her apartment. I just sat on her couch while she was still unconscious with my head in my hands.

She woke up not to long after but I was to lost in thought to realize.

"Barry?" She asked. Hearing her angelic voice made me shoot up and look at her.

"Cait you are awake thank goodness." I said and looked back down. I was like that for a couple more minutes until I felt a cold hand on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Frost sitting next to me.

"Barry what's wrong?" She asked. Caitlin and Frost always could tell when something was wrong.

"I can't do this anymore Frost. I have been in love with Iris since I was a kid and yet she doesn't seem to care. I don't feel that same spark that I used to feel with her that I now feel with you and Cait. I just don't know what to do. Iris just keeps jumping to conclusions and then she locks you in the pipeline. I don't know if I can continue to be a hero when the people I surround myself with don't even care about me. So Frost, please tell me what to do?" I told her. She just hugged me and I just started to cry into her chest.

"Barry this city needs The Flash and if you really care about Caity and I you will continue to be the hero we all need." She said and I lifted my head while cracking a smile.

"Thanks Frost but I have to do one thing first." I said.

"What is it?" She asked me. Then I leaned in and kissed her.

"I have to tell Iris that we are over." I said before speeding away.
