The Story of Snowbarry/FlashFrost

Chapter 8

Iris' pov:

"Who does Barry think he is ending it with me? Why would he do such a thing?" I thought to myself.

"It is probably that pest Caitlin's fault. When I get my hands on her I will get revenge not only on her but on Barry as well." I thought again.

After my thoughts I felt something inside of me click like all my nerves were on fire but it didn't hurt. Something was wrong with me so I decided to get some water. After I got myself a glass of water the water started to boil. I dropped the glass in my state of confusion. As I was cleaning up the glass I felt a shard slice through my hand. I winced in pain but it was short lived as I watched the cut heal within seconds and as it was healing. I could see steam coming from the wound. My body used heat to regenerate. I was super confused and kept turning my hand from facing me to facing the wall. All of the sudden a blast of fire shot from my hand. "I have powers" I thought. "What are they?" I questioned. Well I could heal using heat and I could also shoot blasts of fire. I knew that was just scratching the surface of what I could do but then I had a realization. I could use these newfound powers to get my revenge on Barry and his precious little Caitlin. After that I could become the ruler of Central City. All I needed was a name one that would strike fear into the hearts of everyone who opposed me, something like Blaze.

Barry's pov:

"Hey Cait, have you seen Iris?" I asked her and she gave me a worried look.

"No but are you going to leave us?" She asked back.

"No but she is still my childhood best friend and I am worried about her." I told her. Then she turned into Frost.

"Hey handsome I tell you what we will check up on her in the morning ok." She said giving me a kiss.

"ok." I said as I kissed her back.

The next day

Caitlin and I headed back to the loft to see if we could find Iris. As we walked in further I saw a broken glass on the floor with blood that was steaming.

"What happened here?" I asked.

"I don't know but something definitely happened here." She said and a worried look crossed my face. As we were looking around I got a meta alert on my phone. I sped to the location and I was shocked when I saw who the meta was.

"Iris?" I asked.

"Well hello there Flash and the name is Blaze." She said in a snarky tone.

"What are you doing, why would you do this?" I asked but she just smirked.

"YOU DID THIS WITH YOUR PRECIOUS LITTLE CAITLIN." She yelled.

"I don't want to fight you." I told her. Then she blasted me with a bolt of fire.

"You know what screw it." I said and started running circles around her. As I was running around her I started to feel weak like she was sucking all the heat out of me which she was. I was about to collapse when I saw someone shoot a blast of ice at her.

"This isn't over." Iris said as she used her powers to fly away.

The last thing I saw before I blacked out was Frost.
