"What the hell?!" I yell.
Hayes pulls away from a kiss
"What?!"
"I thought you liked Emily! How could you do this?! I think it's time for you to leave." I look at the girl.
"No Cammy, wait!" Hayes screams, hoping she'd come back. He looks at me angrily.
"Okay, what the hell Nash?! What's your problem?!" Hayes yells at me and gets a little spit on my cheek. EW.
"What are you doing?! You like Emily! You barely even know her and yet you're kissing her?!" I can't help but push Hayes.
"Nash! This is my life!" He goes upstairs yelling, "I HATE YOU!"
That hurt me. He's my brother. I only want to protect him. I thought about Emily. I don't know if can tell her. I won't. She doesn't need to know. Hayes doesn't deserve her anyways.
I decided to go back to Emily's house and see how's she's doing. I knock and there's a delay. I started to get worried. About a minute later she opens the door.
|||EMILY'S POV|||
I'm in my room thinking about Nash. He kind of saved me. I hear someone at the door. Maybe it Hayes. Maybe he's here to apologize. I quickly put something with long sleeves on to hide the cuts. I run down stairs about a minute later, only to find Nash. Nash? What is he doing here. Then out of no where... He hugs me like I've never been hugged before. This sensation just runs through my body. He pulls away and looks at me in my eyes. I've never noticed his blue eyes. They're beautiful.
"Everything will be okay." He whispers. "Just promise me you'll never do it this to yourself again."
"I promise." I say, even though I will never fulfill it.
