the sound of soft giggles echoed through the palace, making every pack member feel in peace. The king and queen of Lycan were in the bedroom, with her sitting on his laps practicing her newfound power. She was doing his makeup and adding her own glitter on his eyelids. Alexander was smiling as he watched his little angel laugh and giggle as he did his makeup. He didn't mind her doing it, he was just happy that she was enjoying her power instead of being upset.
"you look so pretty Xandy!" she said smiling and blushing. Alexander chuckled deeply and kissed her full lips, getting some of the glitter on his lips on hers.
"i'm glad you think so, i guess you're going to have to make me pretty every morning my little flower," he said smiling, making her blush. She hugged his neck tightly and pecked his cheek.
Dominic left early that morning to go visit the Witch territory, still searching for his mate. Cecelia also left, not without Ophelia crying and begging her to stay more. Alexander promised that they would visit her next weekend and stay for a few days, which lifted her mood.
"Xandy?" she said, still hugging him. Xander looked towards her and caressed her cheek.
"What is it angel?" he said smiling when he saw her cheeks turn pink again.
"Can i go play with Nyx and Apollo please? i've missed them terribly and i feel they must be lonely and bored," she said looking into his eyes, giving him the best puppy eyes she could muster that worked wonders on her mother anytime she wanted something. Xander chuckled and nodded his head.
"Of course angel, anything you want" he said kissing her lips while holding her neck firmly in his large hand. She moaned quietly and without realizing grinded herself on him, making him growl lowly and tighten his hand around her neck. After a few minutes they pulled away from the heated kiss, causing her to pant heavily.
"You're so precious," he whispered, watching her put her head on his shoulder. He caressed her back and brushed her hair with his fingers gently.
"I'll go change," she said standing up from his lap and running towards the closet. He chuckled and stood up after her, going to the bathroom to take a nice long cold shower.
Ophelia was in a silky summer dress as she ran down the long stairs of the castle, looking for the dogs. As she was ascending down the long corridor leading to the garden, she felt a presence behind her. She turned around quickly and looked back, seeing a very tall man with a thick beard and piercing hazel eye looking at her.
"Who are you?" she asked looking at the strange man in front of her. She saw him smirk, looking at her with a smug expression.
"You don't know who i am little fairy?" he asked, still giving Ophelia a creepy look. Just as she was about to answer him, she heard two loud growls come from behind her. Apollo and Nyx looked at the stranger with hatred and stood in front of Ophelia to protect her from any threats. The strange man however just smiled and looked at the little fairy once again.
"Until we meet again, little girl" he said disappearing, leaving behind a black smoke. Ophelia looked around surprised, not wanting to believe that she just witnessed someone disappear into thin air. The dogs stopped growling and turned towards her, barking and wagging their tails. She giggled and ran towards the garden, momentarily forgetting the incidence.

"My king, the CEO of Angelis inc. have been requesting a meeting with you for a week, would you like me to schedule one?" Igor, his personal assistant, asked Alexander. He was too busy watching his mate play in the garden with the dogs, laughing when she saw Apollo bite Nyx's tail.
"Not yet, i'll look over their proposal first," he said dismissing him. Igor bowed and left him alone. Xander looked at his watch and decided to go downstairs to get his mate some lunch. As he entered the kitchen, the head chef bowed at him.
"Can you make the queen's favorite dish? i'm gonna bring it to her," he said looking at her.
"It's all ready my king, would you like me to put it in a container?" she asked him.
"no need," he said grabbing the plates of food and walking to the balcony which looked over at the garden. He put the plates on the table, and walked down towards his mate, who was busy smelling the lavenders. He had demanded the gardener to plant lavenders everywhere, as they smelled like his little angel and he wanted the whole place to smell divine just like her.
"do you like them?" he asked, making her turn around and smile as she saw it was him.
"yes they smell lovely, it's one of my favorite flowers" she said admiring the lilac color of the flower. That made Xander smile wide, thinking about asking her the other favorite flowers so he could plant all of them, just to see her happy like this.
"come baby let's go eat lunch," he said holding her hand and walking towards the balcony. As they got close to the castle, she remembered the incident that happened earlier. She didn't know if she should tell him or not, but she knew that of he was an intruder he should definitely be informed.
They sat comfortably and got busy eating their lunch. Alexander noticed that his angel was not eating much and was just playing around with her food.
"what happened sweetheart do you not like the food? i can ask them to make something else if you want," he said frowning. Ophelia shook her head and looked at him.
"i have to tell you something," she said, looking at his ocean blue eyes which were filled with concern.
"what is it baby? did something happen?" he asked, worry consuming him at the thought of his precious mate being hurt.
"i saw someone when i was coming to the garden earlier, and he disappeared after he told me we would meet again. do you know who he is Xandy?" she said frowning as she looked for any reaction from him.
"Блядь" (translation: fuck) he said as his fist clenched tightly. he knew exactly who she was talking about.
