Ophelia was looking at Alexander, expecting him to explain who the man from before was. He was very stressed and looked angry, which scared her a little bit.
"He is my uncle, him and I, we ... we don't really get along, he didn't like it when I became the king," he said while holding his mate's tiny hands in his. Ophelia stands up from her chair and sits on his lap, hugging him tightly.
"Before he went away he told my father that he would come back and take the one thing I care about more than anything in the world," he explained as he hugged his angel tighter, afraid of losing her. He knew his uncle meant he would take his mate, and he would die before he let anything happen to his precious angel.
"You won't leave my side да? я бы умер без тебя" ( Yes? I would die without you) he whispered hugging her tighter. Until they resolve the conflict, he has to keep her close to him and never let her go alone anywhere.
"I wouldn't dream of being away from you Xandy," she whispered back, kissing his neck gently and tightening her hold on him. Xander's heart skipped when he heard her, he never thought he would be blessed with an angel like her, kind and considerate. Not to mention very beautiful. He felt truly at peace, but he remembered he had to solve this issue with the bastard.
"Come baby let's go to my office, you can choose a book from the library yes?" he asked, picking her up as he stood up and started walking towards the home library he had.
"yes please! I haven't seen the library yet," she said, giggling as he chuckled and kissed her neck and his mark. He put her down as they came in front of a huge double door.
"ready flower?" he asked smiling as he saw her nodding her head in excitement.

Gasping loudly, Ophelia squealed and ran inside the library looking around. Xander chuckled and felt happy to see her so excited. She was looking through the shelves in wonder and brushing her fingers on the books, finally picking one that had an interesting cover. it read, "PUNK 57" she thought it looked interesting so she picked it up and looked towards her mate. Xander was smirking when he saw her choice of book, holding out his hand so they could go.
"why did you look at me like that? is it a bad book?" she asked looking down at her choice.
"No, don't worry it's good" he said kissing her hair and walking out of the library hand in hand.
They went into his office, she sat down on the couch and he went over to his desk to do some pack paperwork and sign some things for the company. He's been keeping off company work recently because he wanted to spent as much time as he could with his precious angel.
It's been four hours and he was busy looking through some paperwork when he heard her gasp and shut the book. He looked over and saw her blushing and rubbing her thighs together. She opened the book back and tried to continue reading where she left off, but her handsome mate had other plans. She heard footsteps approaching her and slowly looked up and saw a hungry look on his face.

The cold floor of the castle shook as he came back, making every prisoner shiver in fear. His black eyes changed back to normal as he took in the new prized possession he captured. A hybrid, that would help him get back the power that he deserved. He laughed manically as he saw the hybrid crying when she woke up and took in her surroundings.
