Walking through the forest with Ophelia still clung to him like a little koala, Alex caresses her soft brown locks with his rough hands as he finds a place to sit and chat. Seeing a tree log he takes a sit and gently pulls his angel's head out of the crook of his neck.

Alex pulled her closer and rubbed his hands on her back, trying to get her to relax.
"and i went to say hi you know? cause i've never seen him around before and i thought it was the polite thing to do, but he got so a-angry that i touched his arm, I wasn't trying to make him mad Xandy i don't know why he got so angry," she sniffles as Alex kisses her head repeatedly, trying calm both her and his beast that was itching to kill the Подонок.

"good girl angel, i'm so proud of you for telling me the truth," he said looking into her emerald eyes. "now i'm going to ask you a question and i need you to answer me flower ok?" he asked. Ophelia sniffled and nodded.
"Do you happen to know this man's name? or which pack's alpha he was?" He asked, caressing her cheeks with his thumps to keep her calm.
" um i remember momma saying that he was Alpha Archer," she said, instantly proud of her self as she saw his expression turned from worry to pleased. he kissed her forehead and gave her a small smile. He praised her for remembering that bastard's name, which resulted in her chubby cheeks turning red as she blushed. He hugged her close to him, trying to keep his beast in bay, inhaling her sweet scent and giving her small kisses on her head.
"Xandy, why do i feel so safe and content whenever i'm with you?" She said breaking the silence. Alex knew that it was time to explain everything to his angel.
"because baby, in our world, when we were born, the moon goddess gave all of us a soulmate, mate for short. When we find our mates, it's the best feeling in the world, like finding our other half. We feel safe and protected when we're with them. I've been searching everywhere for the last decade for mine, and then i smelled your lavender and vanilla scent in the forest. I knew the moment i've been waiting for finally has come, my flower. you're my mate," he said, smiling gently as he looked at her cute confused face.
"so we're soulmates? oh oh like the ones in the romance novels?" she said eyes lit up with excitement and happiness. Alex chuckled at his cute precious mate and nodded.
"there is something else i have to confess my love," he said, " i'm not just an ordinary alpha," pausing to look for her reaction, he sighed as he saw her once again confused and intrigued expression. "i'm the Lycan king flower, the alpha of all alphas," he said. Ophelia has heard about the Lycan king from the tv, they said that he was ruthless and cold, never smiled or looked happy. but how could her Xandy be that man? He was always smiling and generally didn't look mad when he was with her! was it because of the mate bond? Alex saw her confused face and her scrunched nose and let out a little chuckle.
" Are you wondering why i'm not exactly the way the rumors have portrayed me to be?" he asked. Ophelia's eyes widened as she look down sheepishly, once again playing with his hands. He kissed her forehead and looked into her eyes. "because the only person allowed to see my good side is you котенок, you are my queen" he whispered in her ear, causing her little body to shiver.
