My Brother's Enemy (Draco Malfoy x Reader)

Hogsmeade Date

(Y/N) Pov

We woke up the next morning with a commotion, students running around getting ready for the trip to Hogsmeade, I quickly got up and ran to my dorm room to get ready leaving Draco still dazed from having just woken up, trying to find a good outfit for my date with Draco, I ended choosing a cute but simple and warm outfit.

(A/N: I choose this one but you guys can imagine anything else.)

I went down the stairs to the Common Room, finding him in a black turtleneck, black jeans, and a grey coat, looking really handsome. He met me at the end of the stairs, grabbed my hand, and gave me a slight kiss on it.

Draco: Even in simpler clothes you look stunning. Shall we go?

(Y/N): You look dashing too, love. We shall.

We laughed and made our way to the entrance of the castle talking about random stuff, we passed Professor Lupin who gave us a smile, and Snape who would be accompanying us to Hogsmeade, gave Draco a warning look, but also glanced at us with a happy expression, I knew that he was happy for us because in his eyes there was no one better for me than Draco, that doesn't mean Snape wouldn't glare at Draco sometimes as if to tell him he would kill him if Draco ever hurt me, even if Draco is his godson.

When we got to the entrance, there were still some students missing, Professor McGonagall and Mr. Filch were receiving the permission slips, so we made our way to them when I gave Professor McGonagall the slip she looked at me with questioning eyes.

Professor McGonagall: Lucius Malfoy? I'm afraid I cannot accept your permission slip, Miss Potter.

I stopped myself from scowling, Draco tensed beside me, feeling down.

(Y/N): I don't see why not, Professor. Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy are my godparents, as I'm sure you know, so they can sign any documents that I need them to sign, seeing as they have that authority. And if you still can accept my permission slip I would be happy to have Professor Snape sign it seeing as he is my uncle.

She looked shocked for a few seconds but quickly composed herself, I think she wasn't expecting me to know these pieces of information about myself. She looked at the slip one more time before sighing and putting it with the other papers.

Draco: I don't think I've ever felt this relieved before. For a second there I thought we wouldn't be able to have our date.

(Y/N): As if I would let that happen.

I grabbed his hand and interlocked our fingers, people murmuring all around us, I honestly don't understand why they can't keep to themselves, it's not like I'm a celebrity, but whatever, we joined the Slytherin group, I looked at the people around us, finding some of them give sighs of defeat after taking a glance at our intertwined hands, the last of the students arrived and Professor McGonagall cleared her throat making us look her way.

Professor McGonagall: Now, remember these visits to Hogsmeade village are a privilege. Should your behavior reflect badly on the school in any way, this privilege shall not be extended again. No permission form signed no visiting the village. That's the rule, Potter.

Mr. Filch: All those with permission follow me. Those who don't stay put.

Harry stopped Professor McGonagall trying to convince her to let him come with us, but she wasn't budging even though she looked sad about the decision she took, I felt a bit bad for him, no matter how much I hate him I think that no one should miss their first visit to Hogsmeade, especially after hearing the older students talk so much about it, I looked at Hermione and gave her a smile, she smiled back and mouthed good luck to be followed by a giggle.

The walk to the village was short, which I thank Merlin for that because Draco would flinch every time Snape would sneak a glance our way, at the village we were given permission to roam around, Draco dragged me to this tea shop, he opened the door for me and put his hand on the lower part of my back leading me to the counter so we could order, I ended up ordering my favorite tea to go and he did the same.

Draco: I have a place that I would like you to see.

I nodded my head confused, but let him lead the way, and I must say that I was absolutely surprised but the breathtaking view.

(Y/N): This is beautiful but how did you even know about this place?

He looked a bit embarrassed by the question and waved his wand, two big fluffy blanket, and a basket appeared in front of us, he spread out one of the blankets on the snow and pulled me down to sit in front of him while we wrapped the other blanket around us, him hugging me from behind.

Draco: First, the blanket on the ground is charmed so don't worry about it getting wet cause of the snow, I could see you thinking about it so don't ask how I know that you were thinking it.

I laughed and got comfortable in his arms and took a sip of the tea, it was such a relaxing and comfortable moment.

Draco: And to answer the question you made, during the Summer I kept thinking of the best time to ask you out, and I thought why not on our first trip to Hogsmeade, the older students talk about it all the time so why not, I talked about it to my parents and my mother gushed about how cute it was and forced my dad to show me this place, apparently they found this place on their last year at Hogwarts and my mother thought it was the best place for our date and as soon as I saw it I knew she was right.

(Y/N): That does sound like Narcissa, and I love it here, it's so quiet and peaceful, a complete opposite of the castle, thank you for choosing this place.

Draco: With the years you've had I think you deserve a place like this to clear your mind and don't think about anything.

I leaned in and gave him a short kiss, making him smile like a child, he reached out a gave me another one, this one lasting longer, we pulled away and sat there, enjoying the presence of each other and talking about funny past stories that we never shared before, I hope the time when we have to go back to the castle never comes.
