(Y/N) Pov

The Minister hurried towards us as soon as we entered his view, Lucius didn't seem to like the man that much but he kept his usually stoic face up.

Minister: Lucius, always on time.

Lucius: Minister. Of course, this is my son Draco, my goddaughter, and his girlfriend (Y/N) Potter.

The minister didn't look shocked to see me hanging with the Malfoy's, he looked at Draco and I up and down before extending his hand in Draco's direction for a handshake, after Draco returned the gesture he turned to me but didn't do the same.

Minister: The girl that lived. It is truly a pleasure to meet you, my dear, you must excuse me but there are other guests to greet.

The man didn't say anything else to us before turning around to talk to other members of the Ministry, I scowled at him, he didn't offer me a handshake, looking at me like I was just dirt under his shoe, Lucius was beside himself, he didn't like it when people treated me like I was inferior to them, it made him furious, not that it happened a lot, everyone was more than nice to me, most approached me wanting to know how I survived but they were nice nonetheless, but the times it did happen and Lucius could do something about it I wouldn't want to be in the other person shoes.

I looked at Lucius and shook my head, even though I was mad it wasn't worth it, it would just cause unnecessary conflict and I didn't want that especially since it would draw an edge with Lucius and his connections on the Ministry and that isn't good.

We took our seats, Lucius near the Minister, much to his dismay, Draco grabbed my hand, he was almost jumping in his seat from excitement, the match was starting, the Irish flew casting fireworks that formed a dancing leprechaun, next we're the Bulgarians, they had Draco at the edge of his seat.

They flew through the dancing leprechaun, making it disappear, Viktor Krum, the Bulgarian seeker made almost as if a handstand on his broom before going to the front of his team's formation, his picture shown on the sides of the arena.

Draco: Did you see that, (Y/N)? He is so cool!

I laughed at Draco's fanboy side, but it was justified, Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic got up and went to the opening on the front and put his wand on his neck, casting a spell to project his voice so everyone could hear him.

Minister: Good evening. As Minister of Magic, it gives me great pleasure to welcome every one of you to the final of the 442° Quidditch World Cup! Let the match begin!

As soon as the wand let his neck a bright light flew signaling the start of the match. Everyone was excited, yelling for their teams, as it occurred people were shocked at some of the things that happened such as the Wronski feint Viktor Krum did on the Irish seeker, Aidan Lynch, making him plow to the ground, making Draco almost burst with enthusiasm, the Irish were winning, we could see Viktor searching for the Snitch, getting hit by a Bludger in the face, which broke his nose, in his pursuit of the gold flying ball, in the end, he caught it but it wasn't enough to defeat the Irish team, losing with a score of 170-160.

Saying that Draco was bummed about it would be an understatement but we didn't have time to discuss that as we were ushered away by Lucius, we quickly made our way to our tent to grab our stuff so we could leave but got interrupted by people screaming and crying, Draco barged in and took my hand, dragging me away from the swarm of people trying to get away, I could see tents burning, people being crushed, running away from masked people with dark robes, we hurried to find a safe place to hide from whatever was happening but it was hard to keep together while trying to not being trampled by everyone else, so we got separated I heard Draco scream my name over the shouts of help.

I looked around trying to find him but the chaos around me prevented me from finding the platinum-haired boy I liked so much, a hand grabbed my arm, I looked at the person, hoping it be him but the face I encountered was from the man from my dreams, the one kneeling before father, my eyes widened, his head slightly bowed before pulling me away from the mess.

Man: I'm sorry, Milady. I was hoping you'd left already before all this started. I'll take you to a safe place as your father commanded me to if this were to occur.

At the mention of my father, I looked at the man's arm, he followed my line of sight and pulled his sleeve up, showing me his mark, I relaxed a little seeing as he wasn't lying, the moving mark that presented his arm being proof, I still stayed on high alert, seeing as it could be a trick or even a polyjuice potion.

(Y/N): I have to find Draco.

Man: He will not be harmed, Milady, his hair distinguishes him from everyone else, my priority is to take you to a safe place.

(Y/N): I understand, but you don't seem to understand me, I said I need to find Draco.

I glared at him, my eyes turning red, he almost let out a sigh before nodding and bowing, he pushed me through the chaos to the place Draco and I got separated, he kept walking forward, pushing the remaining people out of our way, I saw an indistinguishable platinum hair shine cause of the light from the fires around him, he was looking around frantically, till his eyes met mine, the man kept pushing people so I could go to Draco.

Draco: (Y/N)! I was so scared when I lost you in the crowd.

He hugged me right but was pushed away by the man from before.

Man: You don't have time for that, follow that path and turn right, a safe place was set there for precaution, in case she was still here, your father should be there, don't let her out of your sight, do you hear me, boy?

Draco nodded and we ran according to the directions we were given, thankfully almost everyone had fleed, either by apparating or flying, I looked back and gave the man a nod in thanks, he bowed his head one more time and mouthed "Milady"  before licking his lips and pointing a wand at the sky.

Man: Morsmordre!

A bright green light left the wand, conjuring a colossal skull, comprised of what looked like emerald stars, a serpent protruding from its mouth almost like a tongue, it rose higher and higher, blazing in a haze of greenish smoke, making quite a contrast to the black sky, it was a beautiful sight, the green on the black, my father's mark, I couldn't see where the man went seeing as Draco and I were already far away from the scene, once we got to the safe place mentioned before Lucius was there, a relieved expression once he saw us arrive, we quickly apparated back to the manor, such a busy day, I wonder what's in store for the rest of the year.
