(Y/N) Pov

I watched as the man took a deep breath, his fingers flexing out of the tight fist he had before he looked at us once again, his eyes holding a heavy burden that softened at the sight of the worry in his friend's eyes.

Professor Lupin: I'm fine, I think.

(Y/N): You don't have to be though.

Draco: We wouldn't expect you to.

He sighed, passing a hand through his hair before forcing a small smile at us.

Professor Lupin: It's just... I trusted that man most of my life, my friends trusted him, and in the end, he was the one that killed them. I had no doubts about the evidence your mother collected, but deep down I still had hope that this was all a big misunderstanding, that there was someone else at play, manipulating both sides, but that hope is gone with so many things making sense, with so many proofs. But now I also find out that he is the boss of the man who turned me into this, the man who has made me hate myself for as long as I can remember.

I saw Sirius's jaw clench as he no doubt ground his teeth, I saw the anger in his eyes after hearing his friend's thoughts.

Professor Lupin: I feel angry but most of all I feel sad.

I got up and gave him a hug that I knew he needed.

(Y/N): Nothing I say will bring you comfort, I could try but I know I would fail, I just hope that you know that you don't need to carry this burden by yourself. We would like to help, we want to. We sprung this on you just like that, it wasn't fair. I like to think of us as friends, you supported me when you were teaching at Hogwarts and even after that so I would like to do the same after all that's what friends are for.

The man looked around, seeing the nods of confirmation from the other two men at the table, his eyes shining brighter as tears gathered threatening to fall. A new hope shone in them, a hope that had dimmed since our last encounter.

A bright smile was on his face, and from the corner of my eye I saw Sirius relax now that his friend was back to his normal-ish self, obviously he didn't just instantly become better, he was still hurting but knowing that he had people that were there for him, that didn't mind sharing his burden despite his reservations, his self-hatred, and self-doubt made him feel better.

We didn't talk about it the rest of the meeting, we just talked about what has been happening, how's everything with Umbridge, and let me tell you that by the time I was done, they hated her as much as we did.

We spent most of our afternoon with them, but when we returned Draco was quickly ushered to the Umbridge's office, Crabbe having said something about the Inquisitorial Squad before running off.

Draco rolled his eyes at the fact that he had to go meet the b*tch and the rest of her Inquisitorial Squad goons. I decided to go somewhere quiet and there's no quieter place than a room where no one can enter, so I made my way to the Scriptorium.

As usual, nobody was around so entering the Scriptorium was the easiest thing to do, I decided to switch to more comfortable clothes before locking myself away, still presentable of course but definitely more cozy than the clothes I wore to go outside, after all I still had to interact with the other students.

I couldn't have taken long but once I got I left my dorm, I found Draco frantically searching for me.

(Y/N): What's wrong, love?

Draco: Umbridge called us so we could catch Harry's little group. She used that girl that was with Cedric last year, Cho Chang I think, I'm not quite sure what she did to her but it seems that she got all the information she needed, she took us to the seventh floor and broke the wall while they were inside the Room of Requirements. We managed to get them all, to say that Harry was pissed is an understatement.

We sat on the usual couch, my hand playing with his fingers as I thought.

(Y/N): To be honest, they lasted longer than I thought they would.

Draco: I think there's something more at stake though, I heard her mention Dumbledore's name, but she seemed to think that no one heard her even though she was speaking loud and clear.

(Y/N): Depending on how they play their cards, the Ministry of Magic might take this opportunity to overthrow Dumbledore as the Headmaster. It seems that the Minister's paranoia hasn't diminished at all.

Draco: Do you think they'll succeed? I mean there's nothing I would love more than to see Dumbledore defeated but what proofs could they even get from Harry and his little group?

He was right, despite Harry's blatant disrespect for the Ministry's rules, it was the work of a student with no signs of any of the staff or Dumbledore, so what did they have other than the knowledge of Harry's weird bond with Dumbledore?

(Y/N): That's freaking it! Do you know how Dumbledore and Harry have this weird a*s bond with each other? It's creepy as f*ck by the way.

I saw him nod, a confused expression still lingering on his cute face.

(Y/N): Knowing Harry's dumb self and his lack of creativity, he named his little group after Dumbledore, not just because of the bond that they share but also because in his head he's doing it to help Dumbledore, even though he's doing it for himself, to feel superior to others, he's training people to help fight Dumbledore's fight, not that they realize that, they probably thought that they were getting to learn what they didn't in class, that the name of the group was only because they were against the Ministry.

Draco seemed to be catching onto my line of thinking, as the confusion dispersed from his eyes.

Draco: An army, as if you could call it that, there weren't even a dozen people there. And that's exactly what Harry called them, seriously his lack of creativity is appalling.

(Y/N): Dumbledore's Army.
