Cassie pov

Once the volturi leave, Emmett starts laughing and shouts
"Awesome!!!!!!"
Edward shakes his head and says
"This is not good, they will be back, and they will want her"
Carlisle looks at him and softly says
"That won't happen...."
He looks back at me and kisses my forehead while whispering
"I won't let it"
I grab his hand and hold my close. Alice says
"We should train her powers, so that she may have more control over it."
Bella nods her head while agreeing. She says
"We have yet to figure out her full ability"
Everyone nods and we start walking back to the house. Once we arrive, we go to the house's backyard and Carlisle says
"Ok my love, try to do what you did again"
I nod and close my eyes trying to concentrate on what I want to achieve but seem to fail.
"Concentrate on a specific target"
Emmett suggests. I look at him and say
"I don't want to hurt any of you, not at the moment anyway"
He chuckles and says
"Well your going to have too"
I look at him and try to concentrate on using my power on him. I mean choosing him is fair considering the fact that he was the one who suggested the idea. However, my plan doesn't work and I fail at using my powers again. Carlisle softly says
"Maybe your powers attack to your emotions, try to feel what you felt earlier."
I say
"That's not possible though, I was angry over there, however I'm not angry now."
"I never loved you"
I look at Carlisle as he says that coldly.
"I mean tour good sex but that's all you are, apiece of meat. You'll never own my heart"
I start to feel my head burn from all the anger im feeling and next thing I know, weird vein looking lines start to appear and spread throughout the floor like a tree. Everyone starts to shake and shiver as those vein like things start appearing on their body, crawling it's way towards their head. However I realize what I am doing and calm down, which makes those veiny lines disappear from their body and slowly run back to me. I look at them and say
"Well...it worked"
Rosalie rolls her eyes at me while they all try to regain their strength. Carlisle says
"I have never seen anything like this before, I mean what sort of power is this"
I look at him and say
"Well we know that it has the power to affect multiple people at the same time, we also know it has some sort of ability to climb on people and sort of weaken them but I haven't been able to do it on someone long enough to fully understand what it is"
He comes up to me and wraps his arms around me while whispering
"We will discover that, together"
He plants a long, passionate kiss on my lips and then says
"Let's go to the library downstairs, maybe we will find answers there.
