Walking through the valley
Of the shadow of death,
In that pitch black darkness,
Stranger, we have met.

A distant spark, flickering
Like fireflies lost in a forest.
Of blue shadows, haunting
Of bravery put to the test.

When the chasm in between
Have been sewn by our names,
Your hand opened to mine
"Dare to play the lover's game?"

Sure, I have played this before,
Gambling fragments of my heart.
Not that I won all those games,
But this time I won't fall apart.

I have learned from the past,
Illusions, cheats and tricks.
May the best lover win,
Let the games begin!
