In the silver glistening moon,
The beach of countless stars,
Waves of tangerine sunset,
Paper hearts in empty jars,Echoes from our conversation,
Demands of past memory,
Secret poems about you,
Kept in a notebook gallery.And so you are closer than being far.
Because I have kept pieces
Of our hopes and dreams
In photographs and scenery,
In dialogues and poetry.So you can never be
As far as you are now
And thus the warmth
Of our love shall manifest.
