Hollow Freakout

Once I had collected myself he said "How about I get you home?" I nodded and he stood up and held his hand out for me. I took his hand letting him pull me up and he walked me home, Freya said "There you are, thank you for bringing her home and for letting me know you had her." I could see dad in the shadows and Declan said "Not a problem, the girls are always welcome to come and talk. She just had a moment and I was there to help." Freya said, "Well we appreciate it, Hayley is busy and we haven't been able to get a hold of her, so I'm glad you were there for her." He kissed my head and said "Remember your mom and I love you Emmybug. You are amazing just the way you are and don't let anyone tell you any different." I said, "Thank you Declan, I love you too." I gave him one last hug before hugging Freya as he left. She said, "You know your dad almost killed him." 

I said "He won't, or he'll not only have me mad but Hope and mom as well, he won't piss off mom. Besides what can he possibly be pissed about?" He came out of the shadows and said "He can be pissed because you and Hope are MY daughters, not his, I should be the one you cry to when upset, the one to hug you when you need it. You are my daughter Emberlyn, mine." I said "I get that you can't see us because you are hosting part of the Hollow, but you could write or call." he said, "I tried that Em, but you and Hope astral projected to me, it made it obvious that wasn't enough, so I stopped all contact it was safer that way." I groaned and said "God do you and mom rehearse or something? When does being safe stop getting in the way of my damn happiness!" Arms wrapped around me trapping my arms down and I heard Kaleb's voice say "Emmy, breathe. Just breathe all that anger out of your body." 

I closed my eyes and breathed in and out deep and slow trying to control my anger I heard Hope say "He is a friend from school, she has anger problems, he is going to make her feel grounded so she will calm down." as I breathed out he slowly sat in a chair pulling me on his lap, a chair that someone must have put there because I don't recall standing in front of a chair. Once I was centered and calm I opened my eyes and then stood turning on my friend "Kaleb! When did you get here? Not that I don't love you because I do but why are you here?" He said "Ok chill, I got here right as you freaked, I love you too, and I am here because Hope called Professor Saltzman and said your dad was here. He suggested I come and keep you calm so you don't kill anyone this time."  I rolled my eyes and chuckled "Man you kill one innocent person and then need a babysitter like triggering a werewolf curse isn't punishment enough." 

Dad said, "You killed someone?!?" I then remembered our audience and grimaced as I turned around and said "On accident, my magic got out of control and I didn't mean to." Kaleb stood next to me and wrapped an arm around my shoulder and said "Who's this fool?" I bit my lip then said "Yeah, uh... this is me and Hope's dad... Klaus Mikaelson. Dad this is Kaleb... a vampire we go to school with..." he said "Like the original hybrid... I thought your last name was Marshall." Hope said "Yeah uh our mom's last name is Marshall, she didn't want the kids at school to know who our dad was... Not really safe to let people know we are the only set of twin tribrid freaks in the world." Kaleb said, "And I thought the Saltzman twin's lives were screwed up." Hope said, "Yeah so do they." Dad said "We have bigger fish to fry right now. Girls, we went to the church to get your mother. She wasn't there."

Hope said "What? No. I protected her. I wrote the perfect cloaking spell, I kept her safe. I... I don't understand. The-the coffin was just empty?" I said "Where is she then?" dad said "The coffin was destroyed. Whatever happened to your mother didn't happen without a fight. Look, I know it wasn't your intention for someone to get hurt. I know you did this because I left you with no choice. Sweetheart, look at me. This... this is my fault. I'm gonna fix it. I've already spoken to Alaric. You'll both go back to Mystic Falls tonight. I need to know you're safe." Hope began to cough so Kaleb and I grabbed her and he patted her back dad said "What is it? Hope?" she coughed up a snake and Hope said "Im coughing up snakes, Em is having trouble with her emotions. Go, go. You have to get out! You have to get out." dad said "I'll find your mother. And I swear I'll return her to you. I love you Hope, Emberlyn." he disappeared. 

Hope grabbed Kaleb and me and dragged us outside, Roman was sitting in a car Hope said "Hey, thanks for giving us a ride back to school." she got in the front seat and so Kaleb and I got in the back Roman said "Oh. Sure. Hey... is everything okay, Marshall?" Hope said, "My name's not Marshall." He said "Right. Hope." a woman screamed making us all look over Henry was strung up and dead. I gasped as people screamed, "Someone get some help." "Somebody help him!" "Someone call 911." Hope said "Oh, my God." I said, "I thought he was in the head garden for the next 50 years?" Hope said "Henry. He was supposed to be." Lisina said "No. No."
